SPECIAL FEATURES

[*]Right Gauntlet

[*]Armor Systems

[*]Legs

[*]Helmet Systems

Strengths:
  • Kinetic Resistance: The armor is highly resistant to kinetic-based assaults, such as those from railguns, slugthrowers, and arrows.
  • Blaster/Plasma Weaponry Resistance: The armor is highly resistant to blasters and directed-energy weaponry. The Impervium plating is able to efficiently absorb and mitigate energy from energy weaponry, due to its properties of plasma resistance.
  • Lightsaber Resistance: Most lightsabers struggle to penetrate the impervium plating on the armor. As such, the suit is very resistant to strikes from them.
  • Ion/EMP Resistance: In order to shield the trove of integrated electronics within the suit from disruption, EMP-resistant materials and construction techniques are utilized extensively to mitigate the effects of these attacks.
  • Electricity Resistance: The armor can mitigate the damage done by Electricity and ARC-based attacks very effectively. However, the suit is still somewhat vulnerable to concentrated blasts of electrical energy, such as those delivered by electric rifles and handheld ARC casters.
Weaknesses:
  • Sonic Weaponry: Aside from ear protection in the helmet, the armor provides no other defenses against sonic weaponry, especially the type which utilizes concentrated sound waves to inflict internal wounds on an organic target.
  • Acid Weaponry: The impervium plates are very susceptible to being eaten away by acids, which can quickly corrode through the armor and bodysuit to eat away at the wearer’s flesh.
  • Neural Overstimulation: A neural link is utilized to control the functions of the armor, including weapons, utility equipment, sensor settings, and more. While this allows for greater reactivity in the field, it may also result in the operator becoming overstimulated by an influx of sensor data that may or may not be relevant to the situation in the field.
  • Flexible Material for Mobility: In certain parts of the armor, such as the joints and hinges, flexible material is utilized in order to enhance the mobility and wearability of the armor. However, at those points, some level of protection is sacrificed in order to make the armor practical in the field.
  • Electrical Dependence: The armor depends on electrical subsystems in order to maintain operation of most functions. As such, any concentrated EMP blast is likely to make the operator more vulnerable due to a temporary loss of system functionality.
DESCRIPTION
AX-0021’s Mandalorian armor is a traditional Mandalorian design. The suit was created with a special emphasis on battlefield awareness and protection against lightsabers, blasters, and kinetic weaponry. However, armor plating was sacrificed for more flexible (albeit, still protective) materials in certain areas to allow for more maneuverability, especially given the diminutive size of the armor’s intended recipient. In addition, the suit features many utility devices which are designed to give AX-0021 versatility and unpredictability in battle, allowing her to take full advantage of her rigorous training as a stormtrooper of the First Order and the Crimson Devas.

Hi there! Just a couple notes that you can take into consideration:

- As far as balancing goes on this submission, the powered down states are slightly unbalanced. I'd recommend lowering one of your ratings by one to balance it out.

- Similarly, as the ratings are specified for when the shields are down, perhaps you could include the ratings while the shields are raised? This would allow opponents to have an idea of what they are encountering overall.

Let me know if you choose to make these changes, looking forward to hearing back!

Taking over judgement of the submission. Current ratings seem balanced to me, but I feel Metus' point about the shielded ratings should ideally be addressed for the sake of clarity.
