DESCRIPTION
Phlac-Arphocc Automata Industries is a company that designed and manufactured starfighters, including droid starfighters. In association with Colla Design corporation, the company produced the droid tri-fighter in vast quantities while working as the Confederacy of Independent Systems naval forces' fightercraft designers during the Clone Wars. Phlac-Arphocc also helped supply the Baktoid Fleet Ordnance and Haor Chall Engineering firms with exotic and superdense radioactive fuel, when they were building the HMP droid gunship for the Separatists.
Following the end of the Clone Wars, the company was nationalized by the Galactic Empire and became an Imperial Corporation until the collapse of the Empire at the Battle of Endor. Following that the company regained it's independent status and emerged as a powerful contender within the Starfighter Market producing a number of droid starfighters for the open-market.
Entering 900 ABY, The Company was absorbed into the InterGalactic Technology Union, a Subsidiary of the Trade Federation of Planets.
RATIONALE
Phlac-Arphocc Automata was founded before the Clone Wars. The company was majority owned and operated by a handful of individuals during the Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War, the New Republic Era, and the Current Chaos Era until being purchased in 900 ABY by the Director of the Trade Federation, Rulonom Laborr.
