  • GENERAL INFORMATION

Malrok Duskwell is a Concordian Anchorborn—a living neutralizing presence in the Force, born in the soot-choked phlegmite mines of Condoriah. Driven by the allure of the stars and the desperate urge to be something more than a null-shaped cog in a forgotten machine, he left his homeworld behind. But the galaxy doesn’t reward clean exits.

Falling into debt and violence, Malrok was swiftly claimed by the Black Sun Syndicate, who recognized his value as a living countermeasure to Force sensitives. Now he serves—half prisoner, half weapon—his Phlegmite-powered short spear muting the mystical wherever he walks. He seeks not glory, but escape—and maybe, one day, retribution.

  • HISTORY

Born in the anchor-vaults of Concordian territory, Malrok Duskwell grew up surrounded by farmlands and superstition. His Anchorborn nature made him both a talisman and an outcast—valued for protection against spirits, yet shunned for the same reason. When he came of age, he stole a salvaged freighter part and bartered it for passage offworld.

For a time, he wandered. Served as muscle. Smuggled fuel. Gambled his way through Nar Shaddaa until he crossed a Black Sun broker during a high-stakes artifact exchange. They didn’t kill him—instead, they bought him. Malrok became a blunt instrument in their darkest dealings: hunting rogue Jedi, guarding cursed cargo, dampening rituals.

Now he waits, calculating each move in the hope that his freedom—or vengeance—might yet be bought in blood.

  • APPEARANCE

Malrok is a broad-shouldered man with sun-worn skin and a miner’s strength. His dark brown hair is kept in an uneven crop, streaked with ash-gray. A short beard creeps up from his jaw, unable to hide the burn scars along his throat and collar. His eyes are cold slate-gray—dull to the light, yet sharp with calculation.

He wears dark, patchwork armor of Concordian design—durable, brutal, and nearly silent. Around his shoulders rests a scavenged cloak, its weave embedded with mineral dust. On his back: a Phlegmite short spear in a heavy housing sheath, growing cold when the Force nears.

  • PERSONALITY

Malrok is the definition of weary resilience. Gruff, dry-witted, and slow to trust, he treats most conversations as transactions—words spent only when necessary. He carries a deep-rooted bitterness toward Force users of all stripes, shaped by a lifetime of being "useful" only in his neutralizing presence from the Force.

He doesn’t dream of peace. He dreams of leverage. Of survival. Of walking away one last time—and not being followed.
