Description: Malastare Narrows Business Park is built around a central plaza, bordered to the west by a ramp, underneath which shops are located. The ramp leads to the southern terrace, lined with office buildings that have at most ten floors above ground. To the north and the east of the main plaza are scores of mid-rise office buildings (by Malastarian law, a mid-rise building is defined as a building between 4 and 12 floors above ground with regularly-spaced floors) It features almost 500,000 square meters of leasable business space, spread over 40 buildings, making it the largest office park on Malastare. Taking advantage of the low lease rates of Malastare, several corporations, mostly NPC-owned, set up shop in the park.

History: The Malastare Narrows Business Park was built in the wake of the Galactic Alliance's victory on Malastare; the Malastarian Council wanted to revitalize the planetary economy outside Pixelito, the planetary capital. Ugohr Poof laid the cornerstone of the first building of the office park, which IGR occupies in its entirety upon completion.

It's not quite the atmosphere and scenery one would expect or think when envisioning doom-and-gloom Malastere, but understandably we lack those sorts of places here on Earth to provide a close fit, aesthetically.
