SPECIAL FEATURES
Strengths:
  • A Force User Is You. Imparts low level Force Sensitivity when worn by a Non-Force User.
  • I Have The Power. When worn by a Force Sensitive, their Force potential is augmented by the Blue Stone.
  • Able to comprehend virtually all languages in the galaxy.
Weaknesses:
  • Training Required. The sudden influx of sensation resulting from exposure to Force Sensitivity may cause side-effects, such as dizziness or trouble sleeping due to visions of [member="Darth Metus"] singing Gamorrean opera in the shower.
  • Addictive. Just as Force Sensitivity can be disorienting for a Non-Force Sensitive to first experience, the loss of that input when taking the ring off can seem debilitating for some users of stonepower.
  • Force Connection Required. Force augmentation and Stonepower attributes only work in places where a connection to the Force is possible.
  • It's A Trap. Imbued with the Sith magic known as Qâzoi Kyantuskahttp://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Qâzoi_Kyantuska, the ring works to render the wearer susceptible to the control and suggestion of the alchemist who forged the ring and also allow the alchemist to track the location of the wearer through the Force.
DESCRIPTION
Being a Sith Acolyte is not for the faint of the heart. Beset by rivals, their survival hinges on their ability to manipulate and grow political power in addition to that contained within the Dark Side of the Force. The Magitek Rings were 10 rings forged using the Sith magic of Qâzoi Kyantuskahttp://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Qâzoi_Kyantuska in order to aid in growing Micah tol Powl's influence through unnatural means. Like many Sith Artifacts, wear of the ring bestowed on both Force Sensitives and Non-Force Sensitives the ability to comprehend a diverse variety of languages across the wider galaxy.

Like all Magitek products, the ring uses Blue Stone carved from the body of Living Giants in order to render a non-Force Sensitive with a fragment of Force power or else augment the power of a Force Sensitive with Stonepower. To that end, the ring becomes more and more addictive the longer that it is worn. It is that feature that plays to the ultimate deception of the ring, as the longer one wears it, the more susceptible that they become to the power of mental suggestion from Micah tol Powl.

[member="Micah"],

A weird question to ask, but you mention that the wearer can understand all languages. Does this also give them the ability to speak it? I know some languages "droid speak" or languages that use a special gland or whatever humans can't do, So what are the limitations on letting the user speak said languages?

Based on the screen canon and the linked Wookieepedia article in the submission, I'm of the belief that this only works to comprehend what is spoken to the receiver. I don't see anything persuasive that indicates that it affects the wearer in such a way that they can speak a language they otherwise do not know.
