OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
  • Intent: To sub a Canon material for future use
  • Canon Link: N/A
  • Permissions: N/A
  • Primary Source: Madog Steel
PRODUCTION INFORMATION
  • Manufacturer: Force Based Weapon Smiths
  • Affiliation: Force Based Weapon Smiths
  • Market Status: Closed (Any Character who can reasonably acquire it)
  • Model: N/A
  • Modularity: Yes (Can be made into weapons and armor)
  • Production: Semi Unique
  • Material: Madog Steel
PHYSICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: Alloy
  • Weight: Very Heavy
  • Color: Shiny Silver
  • Resistances: (If this submission has specific resistances, please list them. For each category choose from: None, Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High, and Extreme. Ratings of High, Very High, and Extreme will need to be added as strengths with elaboration.)

  • Energy: Very High
  • Kinetic: Very High
  • Lightsabers: High
  • Dark Side: None
  • EMP/Ion: None
  • Acid: None
  • Sonic: None
  • Cryo: None
  • Flame: High
  • Electricity: High
SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Immensely difficult to destroy steel that is made specifically imbued with the Force, granting it powerful effects that enable it to resist Lightsabers better
STRENGTHS
  • Hanzo: After undergoing Force Induced changes, the weapons main resistances only increase in strength allowing armor and weapons to tank severe blows from blasters, bullets, Vibroweapons, other altered blades, and Lightsabers. Can be used as both weapons and armor
WEAKNESSES
  • Force Voids: After being altered by the Force its properties will no longer function in them
  • Acid: It's resistance to Acid was never impressive even in it unaltered state, but after being altered, it has no resistance at all
  • Sonic: only able to take a few hits without crumpling previously, sonic weapons can cause cracks to force altered Madog steel that compromises the crystal latices worked into it with severe micro cracks that slowly spread
  • Cryo: It had only limited resistance to cryo weapons in it's non-imbued state. Cryo weapons can freeze and render the entire Molecular structure brittle
  • Acquisition Difficulty: Samples of it are incredibly difficult to find or forge, as it is nearly a lost art, having been supplanted by far better steels and manufacturing processes in the modern era but is still highly desirable, often found in extremely old tombs and temples with extensive security measures, or alternatively can be crafted by metal smiths of extreme old age and experience. Better be ready to pay up the nose for the latter option
  • Dark Side: Has zero resistance to direct attacks from the Dark Side, such as Waves of Darkness or Bolt of Hatred. Also weapons powered by the Dark Side, like Force Sabers, can cut Madog Steel in a single blow
DESCRIPTION

Created by one of the earliest Force Metalsmiths, Madog Steel was considered nigh unbreakable in its time made specifically to be altered by the Force, and even today few metals match it's sheer quality. Excellent as a basis for subs or elite loot found in dungeons for roleplaying

Hello let us begin

  • Canon Link: N/A
  • Permissions: N/A
  • Primary Source: Madog Steel

As this is a canon material you need to have the link in the canon section

There is nothing in the article to indicate it contained any trace amounts of these other materials. IF they are being added it would dilute the durasteel mix and should reduce the quality. This was one of the highest grades of force enhanced durasteel.

Color: (Does it have a specific color?)

This will need to be filled in

  • Resistances: (If this submission has specific resistances, please list them. For each category choose from: None, Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High, and Extreme. Ratings of High, Very High, and Extreme will need to be added as strengths with elaboration.)

  • NON- FORCE IMBUED
    • Energy (And other Blaster type weapons): High
    • Energy (Masers): Low
    • Kinetic: High
    • Lightsabers: Average
    • Force-Sabers: None
    • EMP/Ion: Low
    • Acid: Low
    • Sonic: Low
    • Cryo: Low
    • Flame Average
    • Gravitic: Low
    • Electricity: Average
  • FORCE IMBUED:
  • Energy: Very High
  • Energy ( Masers): None
  • Kinetic: Very High
  • Lightsabers: Very High
  • Forcesabers: None
  • EMP/Ion: None
  • Acid: None
  • Sonic: None
  • Cryo: None
  • Flame: Very High
  • Gravitic: None
  • Electricity: Very High

There is no mention of it being that strong before it is being forged. It was crafted by the je'daii with the force for its properties. An unenhanced version would and should have close to the same protective qualities of standard durasteel.

Additionally throwing in mulptiples of a resistance type in this case two energy and two lightsabers to skew the ratings is not allowed. Gravity is not meant as a dump stat as no protection from it would mean if it goes onto a planet the blade bends something that doesn't happen. The resistances will have to be reworked and rebalanced combining the multiples, removing dump stats being added to try and mix max and only the force enhanced will be the only set shown.

Heavy: Armor and weapons made from this can be quite heavy

THis is not really a weakness given that this was made to be wielded in a blade. It might be heavier then a normal sword but it was still made to be swung around and balanced to not tire out the je'daii wielding it in a few swings.

There are a few things here that need to be worked on and there will likely be more edits requested in round two to address concerns or problems if they arise. Tag me when all edits are completed.
