  Lyra Vex
  ​

  Born within the shadows of the underworld, she was carefully taught how to protect herself at a young age. This however, lead her into trouble, having a bit of a tendency to get into fights if she wasn't being a little trickster. While her mother offered to share with her secrets of slicing, it turned out not to be her forte as she found a home in clinics within the expansive neon-lit world of Nar Shaddaa. There, Lyra learned how to treat different injuries from stab wounds to blaster burns. This coupled with her mother's work kept her out of trouble with the local gangs. However, as power shifted on Nar Shaddaa, Lyra her work would change and she'd seek a way off world and perhaps a chance to find herself away from the underworld.
  
  Acquiring a ship with her own credits from jobs, Lyra set out on her own into the wider galaxy, starting to take odd jobs doing merc-work sometimes tagging along with mercenary groups either as medical support or another member of the crew. She would eventually find herself hopping from planet to planet, seeing the galaxy as she desired as a member of the 707th Expeditionary Unit, a group of mercenaries operating in the Mid to Outer Rim until an unfortunate set of events would tear them apart.
  
  When the Planeshift Calamity occurred, she lost contact with her mother and the other members of the 707th as she continued to conduct mercenary work, leading her deeper into the Outer Rim Territories, looking for a place to belong.
