DETAILED SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Vong Biot: Since this is a Vong Biot it has those lovely things like being "force dead" and being able to slowly heal itself over time.
  • Anti-orbital cannon: The intent of this cannon is to help keep baddies out of bombardment range of the planet. This cannon is able to hit them and deal fair amounts of damage to capital ships, making it ideal to defend cities from bombardment.

Strengths:
  • Capital class damage: this cannon is designed to hit ships that are 400 meters plus, really, anything that could orbitally bombard a city and kill millions of civilians. So its pretty good at what it does.
  • Elegant: This cannon is not garish and horrible like a lot of modern metal marvels, its a work of art, and able to appear so.Many times these cannons can blend seamlessly into the environment around them--until they start lobbing massive chunks of lava at your approaching ships.
  • Eco-friendly: Unlike a lot of war machines which totally destroy the environment by spewing waste into the air, this thing is pretty good on mother Commenor.
  • Off the Grid: This cannon is a biot, it generates its own energy through photosythesis and nutrient absorption through the earth. You could really think of this thing as a tree with an attitude.
Weaknesses :
  • One Trick pony: This cannon's placement means it only shoots in one direction--up. The cannon here cannot take care of tanks, infantry or other doo-dads on the ground, it is just good at dishing damage to ships in orbit.
  • Doesn't move: Where these cannons are planted is where they stay, uprooting and moving them could kill or severely damage them. Don't even think about moving them off world. Where they are set down is where they stay.
  • Slow set up: And when I say slow, I mean really slow. As in, it takes months for this thing to get on line. You can be sure, wherever its set, one of these cannons is not going anywhere anytime soon. This makes it ideal for setting up on planets your intending to keep around for a really long time--not ideal for planets you want to just plunder and run.
  • Eats to shoot: The Luku-Kor eats to shoot, that means it feeds off the planet. Over time with prolonged engagements or continual use over time, this can/could make some pretty weird holes and canyons on the surface of the planet.
DESCRIPTION
The main tactic with anti-orbital bombardment is pretty weaksauce. Most of the idea is "shield the planet and hope that your fleet is able to shoot whatever is coming at you down before it destroys most of your populated areas." Sure, you can go offensive with a curtain of satellites too, but what about when they are close and moving in fast?

Most orbital cannons are obsolete or non-existent. For a few that are out there, the main thing is to really bad for your enviroment. After all who needs that polution to contaminate your gorgeous planet and fill it with those nasty emissions and stuff? No, no no, this thing is made to totally fix both problems.

Her is how it works:

First the Luku-Kor is grown and planted on the planet. It becomes a natural part of the environment, feeding and waiting like a tree with attitude until its time for it to defend the planet. When danger comes its way, and a being hooks up to the cognition throne, the Luku-Kor comes to life and is able to hurl massive chunks of superheated earth or whatever else it it is feeding on and sends it down range to blast away at ships there. It functions like a much larger, planetary defensive Yaret-Kor. The amount of superheated mass sent down range is meant to combat capital class ships, and is able to whittle them down and hold its own long after the foe is gone. The real problem is if the ships aren't in orbit near-ish the cannon, it won't be able to fire and hit them, so these things are best planted near highly populated areas. It can rotate and pivot--but just barely and not enough to do damage towards infantry or tanks around it, so it can't hurt anyone on the ground, just in orbit. Also, the Luku-Kor is a slow to set up--and I mean in months not just hours. So be sure this bad boy is in space you intend to hold for the long game.

All in all its just a Yaret-Kor designed to be an anti-orbital gun.

Yaret Kor and other weaponry actually don't produce their own projectiles, they "eat" rocks and then spew those out this is how you state it happens in the description.

I'd like you to add a weakness reflecting that this doesn't just have infinite ammo. It has to eat to fire, etc.
