Clad in a near-pristine custom made dura-steel/armor weave pilot's suit, Lacar is clearly one who takes both his personal appearance and his profession in the highest regard. Lacar's appearance follows the trend set by the Hapans - tall, slender and fair; and decidedly elegant compared to other races. He keeps his fiery hair cut short and always out of the way of his senses, brushing his fringe aside and tucking his hair behind his ears with frequent finger strokes. Lucullus Lacar keeps himself in the same shape as he likes to keep his ship - based on agility and nimbleness rather than brute strength - he is tall, athletic and lean; not large and muscular by any standard.​
