LOVE ISIN'T ALWAYS ON TIME...

Streets of Correlia.

Yun'Vorcar rushed through the streets, leaping over Humanoid's feet and sliding under vendor tables. It was only a few days before Retribution day and Yun'Vorcar knew he was not going to be able to make it back to his settlement in the Nar Shadda sewers in time, so he decided to honor his culture and celebrate the holiday on Correlia. Jumping up, he clutched onto a Human's leg, slowly climbing up until he made it to the man's back pocket. He reached inside, removing the man's wallet, jumping off onto a vendor's table without the man even noticing. There were perks to be a Wikkor. Rain continued to pour down but Yun'Vorcar's thoughts of getting wet quickly came to a halt once he saw a creature on the street. Yun'Vorcar was kind of ignorant to different species but this thing was at least eight feet. However, it would be considered an incredible honor to manage to pickpocket something from the creature.

Mrrew walked through the streets of Correllia, looking around the streets with a bored expression. He wasn''t there for any paticular reason. Sightseeing, really. He was clad in his normal gear, gunbelt and bandoleir each filled with pockets, leather vest and lotek'k jacket. His weapons hung from his belt and bendoleir, attracting wary glances from some of the civilians of Correllia. However, the Togorian didn't seem to notice. Nor did he really notice the small gremlin running around pickpocketing people. Mrrew glanced through the window of a small pet shop, looking in to see a little kennel of ropos. Those things were everywhere....

[member="Yun'Vorcar"]

He sprinted across the vendor table, only to be barked at by merchants. "GET OFF, YOU KARKING RAT!" One of the vendors screamed. He jumped to each table that he could reach, until he finally approached the Togorian who was looking through a pet shop window. A wicked grin appeared on the creature's face as he prepared to lunge at the Togorian. He quickly leaped forward, off of the table, nearing [member="Mrrew"]. He let out a yelp as he fell, inches away from hitting the ground and that would probably lead to being trampled...just probably. Panicked, he franticly reached out, attempting to grab onto Mrrew's leg.

Mrrew's head quickly snapped in the direction of the vendor as he started yelling at the small thief. The Togorian watched with a somewhat amused expression as [member="Yun'Vorcar"] started leaping around, and then clung on to his leg, like a flea.... He blinked, staring down at the little gremlin-thing. He wasn't sure what it is... Some kind of mutated Yodaling? Mrrew glanced up at the vendor as he ran over, screaming and cursing at the rat-thing. Mrrew glanced up at the vendor, and reached into his gunbelt, slowly removing a credit chip.
"I'll pay for whatever he stole... you run off and stop picking on rat-people."

He stared up at the Togorian, disbelief on his face. This thing was the karking biggest thing he'd seen in a long time...or at least the largest sentient. His silver and rusted hoop earrings jingling loudly. The merchant snatched the credits, staring down at Yun'Vorcar. "You come back again! I'll take your skin and use it for clothing!" The merchant barked, retreating back to his merchandise table. The scumbag that was Yun'Vorcar reached up, attempting to snatch anything on the Togorian's belt.

Mrrew watched the merchant walk off, and looked down in time to see [member="Yun'Vorcar"] try to reach into his belt's pockets. A large furry hand quickly closed over the gremlin's entire arm. "You'd steal from someone who just literally saved your skin?" The Togorian's eyes narrowed, staring into the red irises of the thief.

"W-wait! I-I-I-I'm s-sorry!" The creature continued to tug, attempting to break free but he was simply not powerful enough. "W-wait! I-It's Retribution D-D-D-Day!" The creature yelped, staring up at [member="Mrrew"] with fear on his face. "I-I-I'm s-simply celebrating a-a-a-a holiday!" The creature squeaked, franticly attempting to pull away from the creature. He shook his head in a panic, looking for possibly ways to escape. "H-h-here! I-I-I'll g-g-give you credits..." That was once the creature opened it's mouth, attempting to clamp his small teeth down on the Togorian's hand.

Mrrew raised the whiskers above his eyes when [member="Yun'Vorcar"] started stuttering and pleading. Something about a holiday? Retribution day? He'd never heard of it. The Togorian was about to open his mouth, say there's no need for credits, when the little gremlin sunk his sharp little teeth onto his hand. Mrrew hollered, , and dropped the gremlin. "Now I know why the vendor was after you..."

The moment he hit the ground, he threw up a rude gesture obviously directed towards the Togorion. He then began to sprint, leaping over people's feet and gripping onto their shirt or coat in order to leap farther away. All the while, he was slipping his hands into pockets and removing wallets or anything else. He picked up a good sized rock on the ground using his free hand. He then with all of his possible might, he tossed the thing towards [member="Mrrew"], in case or if the creature had already decided to chase after him.

Mrrew sighed, and strode after the pockpocketing gremlin. He wasn't in any paticular hurry, but his legs were about twice as tall as [member="Yun'Vorcar"] was. Even with the jumping and acrobatics, Mrrew was catching up with himr ather quickly. The rock hit him, of course. He was a rather big target. But, growling, the Togorian just kept on. Someone had to lock up the little thief....

His wicked smile slowly faded as he stared at the charging Togorian. "What...in...the...Chan'rorik...hells", The creature squeaked, dashing into an alleyway. He tripped, falling into a pool of murky water. This time, he had not managed to bring any weapons due to it being Retribution Day and it was strictly forbidden to bring a weapon along with you on this day. Slowly pulling himself, he went to run again only tripping again and faceplanting.

The Togorian sighed, almost feeling sorry for the little thief, as he strode over to the little gremlin in the puddle. He quickly bent down, snatching up [member="Yun'Vorcar"] by one of his huge ears as not to be bitten again. He started shaking the gremlin vigorously, until he dropped anything he was carrying with him, wallets included.

Wallets, watches, and credit cards fell, hitting the ground. He struggled against the creature's grip but it was no use. He stared at [member="Mrrew"], kicking his legs and wailing his arms in order to attempt to break out but it really did nothing. "May Yun'Boarf damn you!" He continued to squeak out insults. He was usually a bit more aggressive but that was against other Wikkor or smaller humanoids, not the Godzilla of the galaxy.

Mrrew sighed. He felt like he was roughing up a child. It really wasn't a fair fight. Nevertheless, the little rat-thing was a thief. Mrrew reached into one of the pockets of his belt, pulling out a small dart meant for his trquliser rifle with his spare hand. "Right, right. Hold still." And he jabbed the little gremlin with the dart.

He let out a screech, shaking franticly before he finally went unconscious. His body seemed boneless as he hung there, his legs dangling. His red eyes were the only thing that lit up the alleyway. He said nothing and could easily be carried off now (not that the Togorian would have any increased difficulty doing it while the Wikkor was active)

Mrrew sighed and sent down the little gremlin, taking a moment to find a piece of paper and a giant pen out of the many pockets of his gunbelt. A moment later he'd scribbled 'LOST AND FOUND' is barely readable basic, and put the paper on top of the pile of looted goodies. After that he snatched up the gremlin, and walked off to his ship. Couldn't just let the little thief go free, could he?

He was easily carried, unable to resist or retaliate. This gained looks from pedestrians on the street, most having never seen a Wikkor. He was still soaked with water and his appearance seemed to create the illusion that he was deceased. "DID YOU FINALLY KILL THAT THING?" The merchant that had been screaming like a mad-man shouted over to [member="Mrrew"].

Mrrew stared at the merchant for a moment, still carriyng [member="Yun'Vorcar"] in one large hand like a rag doll. The Togorian growled low in his throat at the merchant, until he slowly backed up to his shop. "I don't want no trouble..." Mrrew stared at the vendor for a moment, before continuing on to his ship.

Hours later, the little gremlin would finally wake up, to find himself in a very large glass jar.

His eyes slowly opened, and his eyes looked around. "Where the hell am I?" He snarled out loud. It was rather confusing, indeed. His vision was still a bit blurry and he couldn't make out anything except for the jar. He reached up, feeling his earring before he slowly regained his blurry vision. Once he could made out something clearly, he attempted to make out his location.

[member="Mrrew"]

[member="Yun'Vorcar"] found that he was in a rather large glass jar with holes poked in the lid, in the Examination Quarters of Mrrew's ship. A few minutes after the little gremlin woke up, the Togorian strode into the dark room to check on the thief. His eyebrows rose when he saw it was awake. He wasn't exactly sure what it was... He was pretty certain it was sentient, however. But it had stolen half a dozen wallets, at least, and he was sure if he'd let it on Correllia someone would have killed it... Technically it was for it's own good.
