Rationale: The way Pos came to own Loronar Corporation was truly through a hostile takeover. During the waning hours of the Galaxy, organizations and companies were dwindling due to the virus and massive wars, which gave an opening for Pos to assault Loronar in their headquarters with the men he had and instill himself as owner. Besides, when the government falls, who's there to say he doesn't own it? Of course, this was back when he was much lighter and not as obese, allowing him to still be able to move around on his own.

Description: Before Pos took control of Loronar Corporation, not much was known, that or it was forgotten. But during the capturing, the corporation was already dying as its employees were being lost and its facilities unmanned. Pos gained a substantial amount of credits due to the high corruption and widespread influence the old corporation had before its falling out, it wasn't something he could really bring back to life to its full potential at the time, so the company and its property were laid to rest until the chance to prosper was gained back, which Pos could happily wait for with his credits and lifespan. In order to keep its historical name, and regrow the corporation, its subsidiary had to be dropped and what remain moved to the other facilities to keep it running once things began to pick up again.
Once the galaxy started to bloom again, Pos began to fund projects out of pocket to get the name known again and its goods produced once more, in hopes he could rebuild the corporation and keep his seat of watching the galaxy change, without having to rely on miniscule amount of credits to reward his followers. The company has grown a fair amount since Pos turned the switch on, filing his own slaves and followers into the working positions, and even using other means to gain attention and name for the company. If anything, it is even more corrupt and greedy than its original self, now.
