Making a new Underworld Faction to run the Criminal side of things. I'll take newbies, and a few cool folks who want to write some outlaw stuff.

It's fashioned after a biker gang with chapters on different worlds. Eventually we aim to go major and own these worlds.

Then own the Mara Corridor and tax the heck out of it's use.
