Well I think I have waited long enough to find someone else for my idea with Neo. when I made Neo I wanted him to have been created by a sith. I can't remember what i had come up with but if interested PM me and maybe we can talk it over. Two key features i want to keep with Neo is his pale blue skin and neon green eyes

I honestly don't remember my plan. Just thought it be kinda interesting to play an experiment.

But i got a RP started, i made it for the original person i was going to RP with but they never posted or wanted to start. I'll go tag you in it.
