RATIONALE
There were two sides of the Locke family, those who were the inventors and the explorers and then there was the side of the Family who were the financiers. Emilia was the latter, raised a wealthy heiress who never wanted for anything Emilia was more than happy to learn and grow her fathers enterprises. At the behest of her father she was given a task to build a company that would outlast her, her answer was a holding company where all future investments and acquisitions would be made under where she held the keys to that private company. This would be the pretext to many more companies that would fall under her sway, some would be bought and dismantled others would be purchased to fill a particular role but in the end her first company would set the tone for future endeavors.
