So where exactly is the faction starting out? I heard that the first goal in the plot is to amass an army of some sort and battle for the Adarian Empire's four systems, but where are we now?

Will we be doing Dominions? Anything like that beforehand?

I doubt it [member="Evan Kenner"] we are still minor at the moment, or last I cheeked, and as such we can't do doms or invasions what we can do is put in the dev to build up our forces as well as put the work in to aquatint everyone in the faction with one another.
