Strengths:
Keeping up with the Joneses
Although built as personal assistants the LK-EX1000 was also built as a status symbol. The high quality of materials and the finish used along with the expensive price tag make the LK-EX1000 a great way to show off to your neighbours and friends.
Secure Communications
One of the core features of the LK=EX1000 is it’s ability to provide a secure communications medium for business owners no matter where they are.
Capable Assistant
The LK-EX1000 is designed to provide a business owner with a capable personal assistance unit, ranging from being able to provide up to date business information and advice to serving drinks at a soiree that evening.
Weaknesses:
Expensive
The LK-EX1000 is far from cheap, it’s price tag being high enough to put the droid out of the reach of most citizens of the galaxy.
High Maintenance
Part of the aesthetic of the LK-EX1000 is the open mechanics, this, however, makes it increasingly likely for the droid to take damage that requires a mechanic. Even without damage, the droid would require regular cleaning which adds to the high maintenance costs of the droid.
No Combat Programming
The LK-EX1000 is designed for one purpose, a business executive. The droid has no combat programming and would have no idea what to do in a combat situation except run for cover as fast as possible.
Fragile
The LK-EX1000 is an unarmoured droid which is not designed to be able to handle a crowd or a fight. While they have a greater fluidity of motion than the 3PO line of droids their exposed look, while stylish means that they are easily damaged, even inadvertently, if someone were to knock into them.
Comms hub
The LK-EX1000 is a Comms Nexus, and as such, is both a hackers target, and a locus that allows someone with tracking gear to zero in on its position, and from there to you.

DESCRIPTION

While Locke and Key Mechanics had worked on other projects for other companies they knew that in order to establish themselves coming out of the gate they needed something impressive that would blow the socks off the galaxy and help establish their name. It was to this end that they began production of the LK-EX1000 droid. The LX-EX1000 was designed as a high-end luxury droid to provide a personal assistant beyond reproach to the rich and the powerful. It was capable of providing a secure communications hub for its owner while at the same time carrying out a variety of tasks as required. The idea is to provide a droid perfectly capable of acting like a valet in the morning, a personal assistant during the day and a butler at night. While not as capable in a respective field as a specialist droid the LK-EX1000 held the advantage of being able to switch tasks or providing information that a speciality droid was unable to. The perfect assistant when you’re wooing a customer over a meal or presenting to a board.

The droid is equipped with the highest specs that the company was able to produce, it’s Gabonna Memory Crystal and the Heuristic Processor gave it the ability to learn, to adapt to its owner over time to provide the best service possible. In order to deal with the possibility of hacking the droids include a strong firewall, and using the virtual private network are able to minimize the vulnerability, but as with any network enabled device, a hacker who wants in will be able to crack the security eventually. Locke and Key Mechanics provide a constant series of updates to the firewall to protect their customers, but as with anything, there is a risk for the benefit provided by these droids.

Can you please provide weaknesses that would effect the course of RP directly. These type of factors have no real factor when, say, these units are deployed at first during a battle. This is of course to round out the sub more nicely.
