Description: Designed for reconstruction efforts and to be the first model of a new more friendly self sustaining apartment complex. Constructed with twin modules built onto it for creating food, water recycling, self renewing heater, cooler, lighting system and disposal. The harder work to make these modules easily constructed to replace existing apartments on planets to help the people by providing low income and even free housing to them to help boost the economy. The less they pay on all of their bills the more they have to spend on the industries around. At least in theory as well as the ones for fixing up slums or underdeveloped areas of a planet through gentrification but without making the houses to expensive for the ones living there to afford. The modules are stackable allowing for them to be constructed with floors between them to make apartments. The common amenities within an apartment such as communications systems, holonet access, oxygen recycling and refresher are there along with a built in chrono and service terminal in case repairs are needed.
