Based around the magnetic properties of the aptly named Magnetite, and both stabilized as well as liquified with liquid carbon dioxide, Liquid-Aenite is able to withstand EMP and Ion related weaponry. This means that Liquid-Aenite is an extremely practical material to apply on electronical devices to insure it against EMP and Ion attacks.
