Kay was back in First Order space, in their Capitol of Dosuun for two reasons. One was to check in on the Commenor Embassy and another was to fond herself a part time pilot. The First Order had some of the best trained pilots in the business. And with her own pilot Terrac on a semi-retirement, she needed someone else that she could count on.

She stood in a bar that was known to be frequented by crack-shot pilots. Her attire wasn't quite befitting her station as the President of a trade world. She wore all black, pants, long jacket with a hood up to hide some of her features in shadow. She looked more like a merc or bounty hunter, although she carried no weapons on her hips or in her boots. Instead she just carried a small satchel that was slung over her shoulder. Her drink of choice was not tea tonight, yet a virgin drink, all fruity and colourful.

Her eyes scanned the room as her back was to the bar, just waiting for the right pilot to come along.

Collin entered the Dosuunian bar with a bit of a clumsy stride. His first night of leave had already been filled with it's fair share of debauchery following the intense assault on the One Sith's Omega weapon. His blood coursed with a combination of amphetamines granted to members of the Starfighter Corp on deployments and various types of alcohol offered to him by First Order folk who knew that he'd been a part of the 100th that had rushed headlong into the stream of fire that had greeted those who'd been involved in the space portion of the battle. He wore his utility uniform, displaying a newly sewn on combat patch along with his rank and name tape. The former criminal had never know such public acceptance for the actions that had granted his life both meaning and excitement. There was a sort of odd thrill to it for the normally anti social man. He ordered a house special with a displaced gaze and drunken attitude, giving a side long glance to [member="Lady Kay"] in the way that only a drunken man could.

He grinned heartily at a few fellow comrades from the Starfighter Corp of all rank and stripe before drinking to their health.

There were a few young pilots that she saw. And given that she was in a bar, that wasn't too surprising. But Kay wasn't looking for anyone young. She needed a seasoned pilot. It was why she hired Terrac in the first place. The old man was retired, but bored with just sitting around. So he decided to live out the rest of his years in a series of adventures. But what he hadn't expected was to have his mind brutally attacked by a Knight of Ren. That threw him off his game and into semi-retirement.

And then she saw him. Kay sipped her drink, noting the glance her way. It wasn't as though she fit in at all. Quite possibly she looked like someone that was searching for trouble. It was hard for her to say what impression she was giving.

After [member="Collin Calhoun"] took a swig of his drink, Kay shifted over towards him. "Hey. What are you all celebrating?" The Omega event was not something that she knew very much about. A few of her friends went to fight, but she had to stay out of it. She almost saw the event as a distraction to hide what others were doing. And with the return of the Hutt Cartel, that seemed to be exactly what it was. People were taking advantage while all eyes were elsewhere.

"Life." Collin said to [member="Lady Kay"] , who'd noticed his sidelong glance and taken it as an invitation to conversation. The Pilot had taken brief note of her lack of uniform and generally non military demeanor as opposed to the majority of the rabble surrounding them. Despite the haze that came with the level of intoxication he'd thus far achieved, a clear focused remained on a level operating just below conscious.

"And how'd you come to find yourself in this particular bar?" He said with the grin of a wolf, a byproduct of his life choices and mannerisms. Completely irregardless of his actual intentions.

Life was certainly a reason to celebrate. Kay hoisted up her own glass in a silent toast before having a sip. As [member="Collin Calhoun"] enquired about her chosen destination, she gave a light shrug of her shoulders, choosing to ignore the look that he gave her. Afterall, she wasn't going to be preyed on tonight. "I'm looking for an ace pilot, and what better place to look for one than here? I heard that this was where I could find the bravest and perhaps even the craziest pilots in the Galaxy. Did I hear correctly?"
