[Lifeday] We wish you a merry life day! [open to all]

'There, all the decorations are done' he thought as he straitened himself on the ladder. He had just finished placing the decorations in Cross' house. Tinsel was every where while lights could be found here and there. Honestly it was really over the top. He placed his customised lifeday hat -designed to fit his headtresses- on.

'One more thing to do' he said jumping to a computer terminal. he franticly typed up something and blasted it all over the holonet, it was explaining a lifeday party and anyone was invited, it gave an address.

Nomad sat trying to bundle is enthusiasm. Some people had already shown interest to his party and he had sent a notice to them saying: The party is up and running

Benedali couldn't wait to get to the party. She just loved dressing up, and she loved Life Day. [member="Maka Sumoto"] was going to be her primary guard, though the Duchess wasn't yet sure what her brother, [member="Arick Serrus"], was planning on doing.

Walking up to the door, wearing a specially tailored dress, Benedali wondered who else would be coming. Orron, even? It would be wonderful to see him again, though everything that had happened on that night was still painfully fresh in her mind. But, being nobility, one had to expect those things to happen -- it came with the job.

Shaking her head slightly to dissuade these thoughts -- she was here to party, not mope -- the Duchess knocked on the door before stepping back, waiting to be invited in.

Maka was totally in awe of this house. Not enough to take his eyes off Benedali, but the house was still amazing. Walking up behind Bennie, he whispered, "This admiral is richer than half the royal houses combined. Crazy bastard. He has a hangar in his attic."

He fought the urge to hug her, or make some comment about her dress, or do anything really affectionate. He was a bit afraid to, really. He didn't know how she would react. Anger? Disappointment? She definitely wouldn't want him to do anything... Orron was Orron, and Maka was just a friend. He hated that.

Orron was finally ready for the grand Lifeday party in store for today. It was a different change of pace from hiw his pervious Lifeday celebrations were usually spent. He recalled the times when his father and mother would have him helped with the grand feast they would prepare for any and all guests they could think of to arrive at thier home for the day and spend time together. Some were normal friends while others, as Orron recalled, were Jedi whom his father had invited and was glad to have over. All of it, however, had put a damper on his mood as he recalled the way things were to how they were. Still he thought it best to look past it for the sake of the party.

Having finally arrived at the address, with his best Jedi robes on, Orron walked up to the front door only to be suprised by who was already there. "Benedali?" he called, before confirming this. He huffed in suprised, seeing both her and Maka present, wondering how they had arrived before guessing they'd been invited as he was. He walked up further, reaching them, before saying "Hello! This is a suprise, I must say."

Benedali's eyes shot up. "A hangar?!" A mischievous grin broke her face, and she gave Maka a squeeze on his arm. "Perhaps we should sneak up there and take a peek around."

Her joking demeanour was to partially hide her worry and disappointment. Worry, about Maka and how he was holding up, and disappointment that he hadn't said anything about her dress. Does this not look well on me? she wondered. Or is he mad at me? Does he hate me, despite what he said?

Before she could give voice to her thoughts, though, a familiar voice made the Duchess turn her head. Her eyes lit up when she saw that it was Orron. "Hello to you, too!" She gave him a quick hug, adding, "It really shouldn't be a surprise, really. Surely by now you know I enjoy a good party." Benedali brushed a strand of hair, hoping her 'do would stay in place. Her servants had worked long and hard on it.

And now Orron was here... Congratu-fucking-lations to him. Maka just retreated towards the front door, and glared a bit. At least Bennie couldn't see him while he was behind her. She probably would've felt sad... But it wasn't like I'd be able to hide my thoughts from the Jedi, anyway. He'd find out, eventually. So, why not let things out the healthy way, and just glare daggers at the guy?

Finally, he decided that he should say something, if only to ease any suspicions of Bennie's that Maka was still angry at the cyborg. He nodded, and greeted him, "Hello Orron. I hope you don't expect a hug from me."

Orron had quickly returned Benedali's hug before hearing her remark about parties. He chuckled at this before seeing Maka and hearing his response about not getting a hug from him. Another chukle came from the cyborg before he said "I think a handshake is enough for me." before offering his hand.

As he did, though, Orron felt something off about Maka. The way he was avoiding him and the low incline in his voice. Then there came the feeling of the Force's unwavering in his thoughts. He was upset about something. It was hard to say, given Orron wasn't a master of such things yet, but he wondered if it had to do with the duchess or being here for Lifeday.

In any case he'd looked back to Benedali and commented "I'm actually glad you're here. I have someone arriving later who I think you'll want to me." Before she could ask he made it clear "Sorry, it's a surprise." with a coy smile.

Benedali's head jerked slightly behind her, brows furrowed. Even though Maka was out of her eyesight, she could still hear the unwelcomeness in his voice.

Before she could comment, though, Orron mentioned someone whom she would want to meet. "Oh, but now you know this will bug me until they arrive." Placing a hand on her hip, she winked. "Unless, of course I manage to get it out of you."

She looked to the door, a faint scowl on her face. "I did knock, didn't I? Tsk, tsk, for a rich man this person clearly has no manners." Turning to face the door again, the Duchess knocked harder on the door, giving rise to several loud, satisfying knocks. "There," she said, satisfied. "That should have been heard."

I woke up to the sound of loud tapping on my front door. When I checked the security cameras, I saw a pretty redhead, a grumpy-looking dude in white, and a cyborg in Jedi robes. Rolling off the couch, and grabbing the still-cold beer off the table next to me, I repositioned the Life Day hat on my...

Wait... What the hell was a Life Day hat doing on my head? And what was up with the streamers and all the silver and green? And the giant tree? I grabbed the rest of the six-pack on the table, walked to the door, and opened it. I looked at the guy in white, and then the redhead, and then the cyborg, and just shrugged.

"Whatever I did, I didn't do it."

I shrugged again, fighting off the hangover, and shoved the six-pack in the grumpy guy's hands, and then walked off to my and Rikki's room to sleep some more.

"Happy Life Day kiddies. There's more booze here, somewhere..."

(Sorry I thought I had posted)

Nomad emerged around the corner, it looked like he had tripped and tangled himself with the decorations.

"Oh, hi Cross" he said walking behind him, "Hello, sorry for taking so long I'm a little clumsy" he said, a small colour of red appeared across his cheeks probably from embarrassment.

Benedali managed to recover from that odd...encounter, and beamed at the young Nautolan. "Oh, no worries. We were only out here for a little bit."

She looked at all of the decorations strung up. "Well, my compliments certainly go to the decorator," she said, suspecting that the boy in front of her was the one who put everything up. Not that her comment wasn't genuine -- Benedali was simply trying to eradicate some of the embarrassment the Nautolan was feeling. "You're Nomad, right? And would I be correct to assume that that lovely redheaded gentleman was Mr. Cross?"

"er. Yeah that's correct, I didn't expect Cross to be here" Nomad Welcomed the rest of the guests and invited them in, "Just down the hall there should be the main room. Festive drinks and food can be found their," He checked if anyone was on their way before closing the door behind the entering guests. He walked back to the main room "Welcome"

Maka was trying not to laugh, now. That was the admiral? The drunk redhead in the funny pajamas? And he'd given Maka a six-pack. How generous. He wondered how often the admiral was actually sober, and why the other guy... Nomad, was it, hadn't expected the admiral to be in his own house.

He nodded at the Nautolan, and said, "Thank you, Nomad. This place looks like fun. A huge mansion, bigger than the Serrus castle, full of Life Day decorations and weird forms of booze... This will be interesting to watch."

Meanwhile, he cracked open the first bottle in his hands, and his eyes widened at the sweet taste of what he thought was beer. Of course, it was beer. It was just odd beer. And it tasted good.

(Don't tag Cross anymore, Nomad. I only wanted to do one post as him.)

When the redheaded man had answered the door as he did Orron gave a confused, if a bit curious, look to his reaction. After he walked off Orron was starting to wonder if this was the right address. Thankfully with the arrival of Nomad that had changed his mind. He smiled as the others spoke before following everyone in once they were invited. He, of course, introduced himself to Nomad just so he knew that he'd been invited as well before making himself comfortable.

While the others did what they did he just stood near the snack bar while keeping his Jedi robes on. He was, of course, worried his cyborg apperance might put some of the others off. As he waited Orron kept looking back to Nomad, wondering if it was okay to dig into the food; an almost anxious look growing on his face to eat.

Renato was making his way around the galaxy raising funds for his latest project of the month. Hearing about the life day celebration Renato thought it would be a good idea to make a few new friends. Walking up to the place Renato politely knocked rather than just bursting into somebodies house unannounced. Once greeted at the door Renato made his way to where the other guests were taking full measure of the people in the room. It was on Benedali that his eyes fixed walking up and giving a bow.

"Good Day please forgive the intrusion." "I am Renato Sarkin a pleasure to make your acquaintance my Lady."

Renato would smile giving the others around a polite nod as well not wanting to be rude as he ran a hand done his torso smoothing out the jacket of his suit (http://www.etuxedo.com/images/boss_jamessharp.jpg ).

Sith Dorito finally arrives, having heard about the party from his local intells. His eyes shifting around on his fat face, under his captain cap. He finally spots what he came for, the food table which stands in a corner, half blocked by stupid christmas decorations. Dorito flies over as quick as he can, in his speciel build hoverchair. He watches people carefully as he stays near the walls, trying not to create any unneccersary attention to himself. As he slowly but surely hovers towards the delicious food table, he manages to get himself intangled with a stupid lightchain decoration. He tries to grab hold over the cooked chicken, which lays right infront of him, but he can't get hold of it, due to his fat wobbly arms. "Just a biiit longer.. A little more.." He whispers to himself as he holds his forwards button down, attempting to steal the delicous chicken. A crack is heard, as Doritos pants open from behind, yet he doesn't give in, and finally manages to get hold of the chicken. He smells it, as he slowly turns his hoverchair around, attempting to get lose of the stupid lightchain. Although this would in turn lead to him ripping down the decoration.. A loud sound is heard, as the decoration falls to the ground, leaving and intangled Dorito with a stolen chicken, in the corner of the party. Everyone turns to look at him.. He panics, and throws the chicken at them, as he hurries out the way he came, dragging the light decoration with him.

Benedali tilted her head in Nomad's direction before laughing at Maka. "Now I know what to get you for your birthday," she teased. "A gift card to all the bars on Alderaan." Speaking of which...

Benedali began to head over to Orron, who was by the food table. As he'd predicted, both of their busy schedules had inhibited communications between them, but now that both the Duchess and the Jedi were here, she was intent to make up for it.

Her path, however, was stopped when a man confronted her. Slightly disappointed that she was delayed, Benedali nonetheless turned and smiled. "The pleasure's all mine, Mr. Sarkin. Please, just call me Benedali." Her good manners never gone, she added, "I hope you are doing well?"

Out of the corner of her eye she caught sight of a massive being on a hover chair becoming entangled in decorations. At first, it looked like a clothed Butt, but a closer inspection revealed that it was a he, and he was a human. Well then... she thought, startled, as he ran (or rather, zoomed) for the door.

Maka decided it was time to strategically retreat. Preferably with his beer still in his hands. There was a massive man in a hoverchair moving towards him... And Maka ran the hell away, towards the snack room. Then he closed the door, in the hope that the giant nacho-man couldn't follow.

Of course, he'd managed to lock himself in a room with Bennie and Orron. Oh joy. At least he still had the beer.

Orron had been alterted to something off during the party. He'd looked, seeing Benedali coming towards him, and smiled at the fact that he wanted to speak with her given how long and far apart they'd been during their last meeting. However she was stopped by the arrival of the other man in the suit who'd suddenly entered. He could sense the dark side in him. This was bad.

Orron tried to make a move but stopped when the portly man had come in, trying to steal food, only to be caught and make a break for it. At least Orron was lucky enough to have caught the chiken and put it back properly instead of it being spoiled. After doing so he looked back to the duchess and the possible sith before hurrying over.

"Sorry, duchess." he said, to get into the conversation. "They didn't have any of your favorite drinks." He winked, indicating his ruse to her, before turning to [member="Renato Sarkin"] and saying "Hi there. Don't think we've met." He offered his hand and added "Orron Thrask."

Life day was always one of the most depressing times if the year for Seth but this year he was going to try and change that. Fixing his hat and duster jacket he looked around before Knocking on the door. His Violin case was strapped to his back since he never went anywhere without to. After being let in he looked around with his bright green eyes while taking his hat off.
