I"m curious as to how this works when this is a privately owned company that's going to fail check-in.

Well, it has an NPC board of directors, right? So even if Tyri Lsu is gone, and I really don't care if he's involved or not, I can still take on the case by saying that my guy is hired by Czerka to sue. I don't own Czerka. If it fails check in, NPCs own Czerka. Which is just fine. I can sue on behalf of NPCs anyday o' the week. Patent infringement is still patent infringement.

Anyway, I'm excited to have a legal battle and corporate espionage thread for a change.
