Land of the Lost (Syss Rembala)

[member="Syss Rembala"]

Location: Endor

The forest moon was a place the massive zeltron knew well, as she stood there holding herself in the ship with her arms crossed under her chest. She looked over her gear for the trip down there grabbing the grav tape for herself and an armored bodysuit while she took her sabers, whip, hand gun and hydrastaff that coiled around her arm. She had her cybernetics and her biots while she was moving about to meet the sith apprentice there. The fourteen foot zeltron let the curtain of fiery red hair curtain her shoulder down to her ankles while she was standing in the ship heading down.

The Umbaran Acolyte was already waiting in Endor at the exact location she was supposed to meet the Sith Lord in. She disliked making superiors wait and the most effective way to avoid it was to arrive before them and then patiently, submissively wait for their arrival. It was something peculiar how her otherwise sly, manipulative, corrupted, independent and border-line anarchistic nature was subdued to that of an obedient, loyal and respectful follower when in the presence of someone who occupied a higher place in the rankings of the Sith than herself. She was wearing her usual black attire, light armor and her even darker cloak covering all the layers of wear beneath. Her lightsabers were attached to the belt at her hips and she also carried a series of smaller blades hidden on different parts of her body as well as the blaster at her left ankle, though she very rarely used it. It was then that a descending ship entered her line of view and she didn't need a second thought to know [member="Darth Praelior"] had arrived.

The arrival of the shuttle brought Balaya out as the large Zeltron stood tall in the forest letting herself move to meet the acolyte. The sounds of nature was all around them as she sensed the girl. She moved up not bothering with stealth as much as she was focused on letting her presence in the darkside come rolling off of her in waves. She was one of the warlords, their tallest sithspawn and mother of the nightmare child. This was her power as her voice came out from her mouth showing glowing purple eyes looking down at hr. The defensive implants from akure were there even allowing for anything that couldn't resist it an aura of fear. The others were for just blasting people away when they got to close. "Hello little one." She felt the smile tugging at her lips standing behind the girl for a moment.

The Acolyte felt that familiar shiver ran down her spine as the Dark Force poured from the Zeltron Sith Lord and surrounded her. She had never understood why she was so extremely sensitive to the dark aura of people, places and objects but she was so very grateful for it, the feeling was almost intoxicating to her. Syss' attention was fully set on Balaya, though she did not try to turn in order to look at the Sith Lord for she knew very well some of the Lords found those sort of actions disrespectful. And then her ears caught the sound of the Sith Lord's voice, greeting her. The pale Umbaran lowered her head in acknowledgement before answering,"Greetings, my lord" She mused, her usually devilish and sadistic tone now replaced with a calm, collected and passive one. Syss then slowly straightened her head again and proceeded to remove her hood, revealing a pale-blond haired head and an even paler complexion.

Ah this one was special then, it made Balaya happy while she was walking and preparing. One hand touching the girls shoulder so she would follow. "Come along then, we have a planet to see." There was a hint of humor but Balaya really had no plan on this world. She was playing it by ear what they would be doing and just continued with walking into the forest. "We'll see how skilled you are little one, the last acolyte with me fled to the jedi when it got to hard for her to handle being a sith." Which was a strange thing but coming through the forest she was enjoying the feeling of everything that was to come while she allowed her mane of hair to act like a cloak behind her.

The Umbaran Acolyte promptly followed behind, her steps were soundless and her moves skillful, precise as though she was stalking on some sort of prey but now again, everything about the Umbaran held some sort of dark intent to a degree. A very small smile tugged at her lips upon hearing the words of the large Zeltron Sith, anticipation starting to slowly flow through her veins. "Then she was never a Sith at all..." Answered the Acolyte, the slight spurge of disdain in her voice clearly present but surprisingly, no arrogance to be found. She usually did take pride in her accomplishments and held herself in high esteem but, she still didn't see herself as a true Sith and wouldn't until that recognition was bestowed upon her by her superiors. Syss knew there was no set plan on this occasion, this did not unnerve her in any way though. She was rather amused by that fact, improvising was very enjoyable every once in a while.

Possibly, Balaya spared a thought about it and her apprentice Taeli has embraced her passions which just happened to be elsewhere. A very sith thing to do despite it causing the sith master to eventually fall into the light. It amused the sith more thinking about it while she was walking into the section as the trees showed signs of use and bindings. The traps while she was moving only stopping before a rope in her path to look around and trip it. Two large logs dropping from the trees to smash into each other as Balaya. "Perhaps but a jedi who follows the passions they feel is corruptible and flawed. They will infect their entire order like a cancer slowly instilling what they learned and did into the others."

The Umbaran couldn't help herself from keeping track of every single movement the Zeltron made, she had an extremely discreet way to do this, though and her translucent eyes were now more aware of her surroundings than anything else. Syss looked and analysed as the Sith Lord purposely tripped the rope that lay in front of her, making two huge logs drop from the trees. She could only imagine what would have happened if an unaware being was caught in between the two pieces of woods, many would have found horrifying the fact that this thought amused her in the deepest, darkest of possible ways. It even made a devilish little smirk found its way to her dark red lips. "So then her weakness is our strength", The Acolyte reasoned as she kept on following the massive Zeltron. She was about to inquire about what they would be doing first on the forest moon but before she got to speak she suddenly felt the familiar tug of the Force in her mind, Syss had sensed a presence. Her eyes quickly shifted to the direction and she saw small masses of heat running the opposite way from the Sith Lord and from her. Being able to see in the ultraviolet spectrum when in dim-lighted spaces had more than once proved to be an excellent asset to have. She could only assume they were one thing: ewoks. She had to admit she hadn't expected to encounter Endor's natives so soon, "I believe we are no longer alone, my Lord" She mused calmly,

"No we are not alone." There was a look around as her pale purple eyes were shifting through spectrum's as she was moving. The sounds coming to her ears of their feet on the ground were there as she moved pulling at one of the thermal images with the force. She held one while moving towards it while motioning for the acolyte to move quickly but carefully. "I had thought the same, perhaps they were trying to get rid of anything brought here by the fringe." She kept moving though picking the creature up with her hand now as it was yelping before she knelt down to look at the apprentice. "Come here." She motioned for her to come over with a free hand and held it by the neck. "Though it can make for a fun lesson in your skills apprentice. I want you to hurt him but don't kill him, have him lead you and me to his people."

The Umbaran Acolyte moved without making any sound but with very fast, precise and flowing steps. As it was not strange in her species, she was naturally prone to stealth, to being the shadow among the shadows of others. She attended to the Sith Lord's words, founding the possibility she had presented to be quite viable. If that was the case, she was eager to find out what was that the fringe had left behind in the forest moon. Her translucent eyes then stabbed onto the ewok the Zeltron held like daggers. The rest of her expression remained absolutely unmoved except for that twinging spark of malicious thoughts and a desire to hurt that was very well restrained by an even more powerful, cold and sly mind that, overshadowing this instinct-driven feelings allowed her to use her passion and anger in the most analysed and tactical of ways. Even so, the pale-skinned girl couldn't have been more pleased upon hearing the Sith Lord's words, it was the perfect subject and situation, one in which she could both inflict pain on the captured ewok and her ability to subdue his mind as well. "As you command, my Lord" She obediently said and stepped forward, nearing the ewok.

Her upturned-shaped, translucent-white eyes then locked with the rounded brown ones of the native. She immediately saw nervousness in its eyes but, not the kind of nervousness she was expecting, it was as though it had understood what she was going to do to him and therefore, that the ewok probably understood Galactic Basic. Excellent. "Tell us where are your people" She demanded calmly, something terrifying about the way her voice sounded.

The ewok squirmed but then a short, dubious sound came from it, "Den". The Umbaran faked an expression of pity for the ewok but the shallowness in her eyes could not be hidden, "No? Well, I'll have to find out myself then" She finished and then proceeded to reach into the dark-side of the Force. Suddenly the ewok started writhe in pain, agonizing surges of suffering ransacking its little body. It did not take too long before the furry little native started trying to make a coherent sentence to stop the pain he was feeling, "Tribe forward, straight! Tribe forward..." Said the creature in a heavily accented Galactic Basic that was hard to understand but that the Umbaran comprehended quite quickly. She stopped the torturing then, the ewok's body going limp with exhaustion, the pain still lingering slightly on its every muscle. "Excellent. You will take us there." She said, this time forcing her natural manipulative skills on the Ewoks mind, gaining a pair of heavy, tired nods in response.

Wonderful, she was doing well... better even for one so young but then Balaya was expecting nothing less. This one had a passion and fire to her while the zeltron lowered the ewok to the ground and let him remain there. Her fingernail shining in the shadows and light from the implant that made it razor sharp. She dug it into the ewoks shoulder to keep him there while she waited for a moment looking her over. "You did well, now when we arrive observe them and wait for the right moment. We shall allow them for a moment before moving in. The goal isn't to kill all of them but to observe then we shall work. Gathering one of their shaman's could prove useful in seeing their magics." Balaya released the ewok letting it lead the way as she kept her eyes flicking back and forth walking while it looking like a rainbow threw up on an area. She culd see paints all around and several ewoks were different colors with sigils on their chests. "Well you don't see that everyday."

The Umbaran responded with a silent, sure nod showing she understood and accepted her orders. Then she started walking, she followed the ewok without the need of looking where he was headed, her eyes were distracted with the myriad of...disgustingly colorful paintings that were to be found almost everywhere around them. "Certainly not" She answered, an eyebrow slightly raised as millions of thoughts crossed her mind, offering different meanings to the paintings. Maybe they were the result of a ritual of sorts, maybe they indicated the place was something different or special to the natives...Even being as skeptic and cynical as she was she couldn't avoid always returning to the thought that the amount of color was absolutely distasteful. "I believe this paintings were not made just for the sole purpose of displaying their artistry..." She said, and then her eyes fell on the ewoks with sigils on their chests yet she said nothing, wanting to observe them some more before arriving to possible theories about this peculiar natives.

Balaya looked at her and gave a nod of her head observing what was happening with them. Paintings ad multicolored paint covered ewoks were something to observe only because it was so strange. She was watching them playing some sort of game and puffing their chests out while the ewok was leading them towards the village and she moved past them. A strange face showing but not letting the strangeness of that get to her while the sounds of more in the village came to her and she stopped crouching down to watch the ewok near one of the shaman's that were interesting her. Their staffs were strange and a focus while she was still moving about towards the tree city while motioning towards the apprentice. "Their artistry is strange but they seemed to be playing a game and those sigils were simple. Now though look for anything their shaman might have of interest."
