SPECIAL FEATURES

Disrupter Charge - The Lamnia Noctis contains a small-scale, short-range, single-shot disrupter. Triggered by the user, its intended use is to be fired just before the strike impacts the target's armour, which can either completely punch through the armour or create a weak point that the dagger can exploit, though being farther than a few inches away from the target severly hampers the power of the disrupter, and at a foot away the damage is practically non-existant.

Lightsaber Edge - The edge of the blade can be, at the press of a button, sheathed in a thin projection of a lightsaber blade, thanks to a kyber crystal in its hilt, to enhance its cutting abilities against traditional armours.

Phrik-Quadanium Blade - The blade itself is made of a molecularly bonded Phrik-Quadanium alloy for strength, edge retention, and raw armour penetration.

Durinium - The dagger is impregnated with Durinium, helping to hide it from weapons sensors.

STRENGTHS

WEAKNESSES

Short Reach - Lamnia Noctis is a dagger, though fully capable of killing in combat, it requires getting into closer than something like a full-length vibrosword or a lightsaber. Other skilled melee combatants can keep the user out of range or put the user at extreme risk to make an attack.
Abandoned Stealth - For the highest level of armour penetration, the user must abandon all stealth and fire the single-shot disrupter.

DESCRIPTION

Many types of blades exist for assassination, but most of them have the same weakness: armour. Historically the dagger has been required to find the chink in the armour, or a vulnerable moment where the target is unprotected, not with the Lamnia Noctis, for it is desinged with one idea in mind, pushing through heavy armour no matter what form it comes in. The armour-piercing comes in three layers, depending on how heavily the target is armoured. The blade itself is made of a Phrik-Quadanium for punching through light armour, for heavier armour the dagger can edge itself with a lightsaber blade, and for lightsaber resistant armours, there is a single shot disrupter with an extremely small range, for making a weakpoint or hole in the armour, though this sacrifises any stealth in the kill.
