Mass-producing a Starfighter requires extensive resources. In board terms, this means a Company (with the appropriate specialization), Minor Faction, or Major Faction. Please link an appropriate manufacturer.

Your speed and maneuverability are quite high (that is, slow) for a ship this size. 3/3 would be about average. If you wanted it faster or more maneuverable, either Armament Rating or Defense would have to be lowered.
