Kytra is a female human with a tan skin pigmentation. This is her natural coloration, and not due to tanning or anything of that nature. She has long, wavy, black hair, which she keeps tied back behind her head, and has pierced ears. She is often wears a garb similar to the image below (no, she doesn't look like Lily Kuhn, it's just a reference for the outfit).
Kytra was born on Lorrd. By her very definition of existence, she serves as a bastion of anti-slavery rhetoric. From a very early age she was taught the harsh realities of her people's past. So many had died because of battles between her people and the Argazdan's. It saddened her greatly, and she was quick to grow into anger towards them, though her parents would often chastise her for such and say that the past was the past and best left there. After all, at present time their people exist in freedom and even are friendly with their former oppressors. In time she came to accept this fact.
That opinion of them was briefly savaged when she met a Dark Jedi named Rara Kel, and Argazdan who wanted to bring things back to the way they had been in ages past. Identifying her among the group of Lorrdian's she was spending time with, Rara singled her out for abuse because of her connection to the Force. At the time, merely fifteen years of age, she had no idea that this connection existed. She'd always perceived things in a manner that her parents were astounded at, but she'd never understood it to mean anything else. In fact, she'd grown up believing that the Force was more or less a hoax that was perpetuated on the galaxy by people that wanted to control others.
Rara captured her and imprisoned her in a cell below ground. He forced her to watch as he savagely tortured other Lorrdians, or made them fight each other. His intent was to break her, and he succeeded in doing so. She crumbled under the anguish and pain she felt for her fellows, bursting at the seams in anger at him. But Rara had misjudged her as being a weak specimen. In her rage, she ripped the cell around her apart, and proceeded to rip him apart with the Force in a storm of telekinetic horror which sent body parts flying.
Unable to stop herself, she ripped apart every Argazdan she could find in that place, even if they had nothing to do with what happened. When her rage was settled and done, she collapsed, beside herself at both the atrocities that she'd witnessed, and the horror of what she'd just done to a dozen or so people. Rara may have deserved it, but the others? What she had done would live with her for a very long time. Though she escaped from Rara Kel, the memories would haunt her continually.
She could not bring herself to remain among her people or near the Argazdan's. A small amount of fear perpetually lives within her that she'll relapse into memories of what happened and begin again on a new set of foes who certainly didn't deserve it. A self-imposed isolation only served to darken her despair until she wandered into the heart of the Kathol Outback. There she found people fighting for freedom throughout the galaxy. Here were people with storied and difficult pasts of their own, who understood what she had gone through, and what she wanted. They took her in, and she embraced them as her newfound people. Now, with their help, she seeks to learn to control her Force abilities such that she can use them for good.
