Description:
With excessive military training and combat experience, Kyli's youthful appearance belies her significant lethality. However, hints of the woman's strength can be exhibited through her robust, sinewy contoured limbs. Before receiving the augmentation procedure, Kyli possessed an extremely athletic physique with the face, thorax and abdominal region covered in large amounts of distinctive scar tissue caused by several different grievous types, including puncture and laceration immolation. Although not quite the long-standing self-consciousness of Kyli's countenance, she does break from military regulation noticeably in applying mild cosmetics to her aquiline nose, broad jaw, full firm lips and deep almond-shaped eye sockets. Kyli's eyes once exhibited total heterochromia that has since been corrected with Gene Therapy with both iris now being monochromatic in a startlingly clear & deep attractive hazel straddled by a pair of thin arched eyebrows that is seldom seen by those outside the Death Trooper's team due to the woman electing to remain entombed within powered assault armour whenever possible to stay prepared for combat.

Kyli's grooming screams of somebody who has been born and raised to be a warrior from a young age with the dark brunette hair covering crown kept tied back into a long albeit neat ponytail that reaches shoulders when freed. Kyli's blood type is O-Negative making her a universal donor for blood transfusion. It thus can be used to provide lifesaving treatment to her comrades when necessary. Though Kyli is aged in her early twenties, some consider her appearance to suggest an age slightly older than this and could be attributed to the sheer amount of combat she had participated in, prematurely ageing before her augmentation procedure which introduced recombinant telomeres into her physiology. First Imperial Geneticists believe that the Death Troopers will live for several centuries. Kyli's physical ageing process has nearly halted altogether. It will likely be locked perpetually in young adulthood, at least in terms of outward appearance.

Kyli DT-6767 during the Battle of Muunilinst

Personality:
Obsessed with victory and winning at all costs, Kyli's determination and tenacity manifests as a complex, unrelenting drive with an ability to remain calm in the most distressing situations that would ostensibly be symptomatic of malignant psychopathy. The sheer emotional and psychological resilience of Kyli was once best demonstrated where she performed a traumatic self-amputation in field conditions without general or local anaesthetic with a plasma torch after getting pinned underneath a burning tank to free herself from what otherwise would have been certain death and remained conscious throughout the entire ordeal. Through more than a decade of Military training, Kyli has been honed into a precise weapon who appears ostensibly at least to be without emotions or fear; however, this is not precisely accurate; she instead acknowledges her feelings or fear and sets them aside, focusing wholly on whatever objective she is pushing towards in the present.

In her career as a First Imperial warrior, Kyli has been forced to make difficult decisions and is loathe to disobey orders and place their comrades in jeopardy; however, she is extremely loyal and will, if necessary, abandon allies to dutifully obey her superior however the love Kyli holds for her teammates runs deep and will always return to their aid once whatever task has been bestowed upon her is completed. Kyli is calm in the face of danger, although not foolhardy, as was seen in her teammates Rexus and Dergan. They often arrogantly underestimate their foe and charge headlong into any danger she views as unnecessarily reckless. This can be seen as somewhat hypocritical when she braves immense personal risk to achieve victory. Stern and Solemn, Kyli is not without humour and sometimes makes sardonic or dark remarks about their current situation, which is a method that she employs to cope with tactfully concealed stress or fear.

Born and raised as a soldier, Kyli does not have the difficulties accepting her position as a living weapon for the First Order embracing her fate happily and holding no resentment towards the architects of Project: AFTERLIFE for the debilitating symptoms of the augmentations, viewing it as an opportunity to reach potential that would not have otherwise been possible serving as a mere Tank Commander before training as a Death Trooper. Kyli considers herself physically and psychologically superior to most other soldiers. However, balancing this vanity out is the belief that her enhanced Physiology and Capabilities are to be used to support her comrades, regardless of any personal disdain she might hold for the incompetence of adult volunteers. Possessed by a strong sense of duty and commitment to the First Imperial Realm, Kyli would never indeed betray her Government. However, she might disobey her orders where she believes genuinely they are contrary to the goals or values of the First Order or where obedience would undoubtedly cost its' Human citizens their lives.

Cautious, Solemn and Observant, Kyli possesses high average cognition and can approach issues with unconventional albeit effective solutions, contrasting her to the much simpler Dergan Twigg, another Death Trooper. Where possible Kyli attempts to keep the baseline Humans fighting alongside her alive and often take personal responsibility for their deaths. Kyli is incredibly protective of orphans and children. Kyli herself holds a special kindred bond in being recruited to serve as a child. Kyli does not yearn for life as a regular citizen viewing their lives as being characterised by a lack of discipline, which she finds unappealing, accepting her role as a Protector and Guardian.

Insurgents and Rebels often find themselves subjected to cruel treatment from Kyli, who fiercely protects First Imperial Citizens and Soldiers. The woman's cold fury drives her to feats of extreme prejudice when dealing with Unlawful Combatants slaughtering them with disturbing enthusiasm and raw anger. Kyli, along with Rexus and Dergan Twigg, was instrumental in shaping ALPHA Team's propensity for summarily executing and destroying all rebels who came into their custody. When Kyli elects to spare an insurgent, the decision is often spurred by cold calculation rather than mercy, viewing them as little more than coward barbarians who deserve little more than to be slaughtered wholesale for their callous targeting of First Imperial Citizens and Soldiers. While maintaining a stoic appearance outwardly, Kyli has been gifted and cursed with an exceptionally vivid and detailed enduring memory expressed through all too frequent distressing dreams. When off the field, Kyli prefers to escape crowds and other large gatherings of people seeking peace through solitude, gregariousness in Kyli is generally only extended to her immediate team members; otherwise, she maintains a stoic demeanour. Symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder are acquired across years of combat.

Kyli recalls her life before joining the only in vestigial details. However, she cannot remember her full name or family but does possess detailed memories of her home on Kamino and fondly for both storms and the sea. As a result, she is somewhat of an expert simmer in her own right. Water is commonly seen in Mythology as the opposite of Fire, the latter of which Kyli fears significantly due to her experience of being immolated after the catastrophic explosion of her Tank on Hoth and being a victim of the FIV Wrath crash on Kaeshana. Fighting Human soldiers and ending their lives is an experience that Kyli never enjoys recalling or committing quietly, carrying a burden of guilt curiously. The foreign troops she has killed do not leave this impact upon Kyli and are the product of her First Imperial Indoctrination and combat experience where aliens or Non-Humans are over-represented in opposition forces. As a soldier and Death Trooper, Kyli has long accepted that her fate will most likely be to die in battle and made peace with this near grim certainty.
Motivations:
ASSETS
(strengths)
  • Expert Marksman: Kyli's marksmanship abilities have been honed over three decades; she is extensively experienced and skilled in making some of the finest and most advanced shooting techniques pure muscle memory. Her ability to acquire a target, obtain a clear picture through sights, engage and re-engage is without peer. Kyli's augmented physiology makes for a sharpshooter whose eyes can perceive framerates completely imperceptible for normal humanoids. Kyli can crack off rounds into the canopies of passing starfighters. Nobody is safe once they come within range of Kyli and a rifle.
  • Veteran: After an entire war career, Kyli is a Veteran Cyborg Supersoldier with vast and extraordinary experience in high-intensity full-spectrum warfare combat zones; she's fought everything from Criminals to Blackwing Zombies over her life and is well acquainted with the capabilities and limitations of all manner of weapon systems. There isn't a weapon on the contemporary battlefield with which Kyli is unfamiliar; neither is there a shooting technique, tactical movement or hand-to-hand skill with which she is entirely unknown. Among the supersoldiers of the galaxy, Kyli is nearly peerless for operational experience.
RISKS
(weaknesses)
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation: Kyli's skeletal structure has been reinforced to the point where her bones are nigh unbreakable due to mechanical force or physical exertion; this has its drawbacks. For example, Kyli can't be resuscitated or revived through typical techniques utilised for cardio-pulmonary resuscitation under battlefield conditions. This leaves Kyli more vulnerable to unfavourable outcomes from Cardiac arrhythmia.
  • Nerve Agents: As Nerve Agents attack the nervous system, these weapons are one of the few that would be just as effective in disabling or crippling Kyli as a baseline Human. Physical contact with nerve agents, depending on the agent, is liable to paralyse Kyli to the point where her lungs' ability to expand and contract is inhibited, ergo leading to suffocation, unconsciousness and eventually death.

Biographical_Information

Biography:
Kyli was born in the wild world of Kamino, approximately eight hundred and thirty-two years after the battle of Yavin. Kamino would be where Kyli was raised and their home for several years; her mother was a professional geneticist and former Sith Lord. He desperately attempted to put the force and dark life into the past for his spouse and child's sake. Kyli's Father had an equally odious history. They once counted himself as a former soldier for a shadowy fascist military organisation with the trappings of nobility and legitimate Government before realising the depth of his moral turpitude and turning his considerable ruthlessness to the service of the local Kaminoans who utilised his experience and skills to train cloned soldiers destined for use by Warlords in their petty outer rim squabbles. Kyli yet remembers her mother, who she recalls smelling of a laboratory. At the same time, Father seemed always possessed of Ozone which she would be able to later identify in life as being indicative of energy weapon use. Kyli's mother often took her daughter to swimming lessons alongside other children on Kamino. She learned how to communicate fluently in the Kaminoans' language, which warmly engendered the young Kyli to her alien peers.

Kyli would be possessed with a love of water and swimming due to her upbringing on Kamino and enjoyed watching lightning dance through clouds in a beautiful cascade of light in the pitch-black darkness of night, which several Kaminoans found curious due to seeing in the broader spectrum of colours than the human Kyli. Incredibly durable and cunning even as a youth, Kyli would routinely ignore her mother's warnings, fearlessly swimming and diving Kamino's violent oceans in the Company of Kaminoan friends, which earned her Father's pride seeing a reflection of his courage to face the unknown in Kyli's staunch defiance. Within school, Kyli was noticeably quiet and preferred to observe both peers and teachers within Primary Education Facility #053 were. While not introverted was remarkably reserved save for those she counted as friends who would become characteristic later in life for Kyli, most noticeably after becoming a Death Trooper.

At School, Kyli became known as a fan of strategy games and hid n' seek where she became quite adept at the 'hiding' part proving on more than one occasion extremely difficult to find in no small amount thanks to her daring combined with creativity when seeking suitable places to hide and wait; it became so difficult to locate Kyli that she was prohibited by her peers actually to protect and thus became a seeker exclusively. When Kyli was not playing games or swimming in Kamino's most decidedly violent oceans, she adopted the profession of a couch potato. She consumed vids in copious quantities, especially in company with loving parents.

At around the age of ten, Kyli and her two parents were abducted while holidaying on Naboo by a group of Human Agents posing ostensibly as Slavers. The young Kyli using deception and feigning illness, managed to escape her holding cell and murder the slavers' physician aboard their frigate before running into an asteroid field via an escape pod. Kyli avoided the slavers in her cold, near entirely powerless escape pod, waiting patiently for the vessel to break the search pattern and jump away to an unknown destination. Deep within the unknown regions, Kyli successfully activated the Pod's distress beacon and would later be rescued by personnel belonging to a secretive shadowy fascist paramilitary organisation that would later come to be known as "The First Order". Sadness from the traumatic separation gave way to anger and then acceptance, welcoming this new fate in quiet resignation to the idea that she would most likely never find her parents. Kyli, then some eleven years old inspired by the Father's example and desire to punish the wicked, volunteered to follow Father's same well-trodden road, the Soldier's path in service to a genuinely ruthless regime "Kyli Ashlyn Haas" was reborn as "Kyli FN-6767".

Recruited into the nascent First Imperial Stormtrooper Corps, Kyli was placed within a youth training company and lived within Army and Navy training academies all through her adolescence. The very first day of training would be burned into the eleven-year-old girls' memory for the rest of her life and serve as an encouraging reminder of her resilience and determination through the years to come. From the very beginning, these children, large orphans, were treated like machines marched onto a conveyor belt and washed in jets of barely lukewarm soapy water only to be rinsed in a cold spray before being issued a footlocker filled with First Imperial uniforms and Physical Training gear the latter of which the odd one-hundred company-sized formation of Stormtrooper Cadets was ordered into by the Gunnery Sergeant. Kyli was roused from a frightening dream of her earlier abduction at 0400 hours by a wave of screaming bellowed from the lungs of a Gunnery Sergeant clad head-to-toe in white Stormtrooper Armour although the close-shaved man had been absent a helmet.

Kyli and the other children were organised into platoon-sized formations; these would become their permanent platoons for the entirety of their training. Though she was usually quiet, Kyli went out of her way to comfort some younger volunteers. They, like herself, were visibly shaken while performing a series of high-intensity interval calisthenic training and only after they had completed an entire circuit filled with body-weight exercises were they permitted to access drinking water in between the body-weight activities and a ten-kilometre jog through the barracks, down along a winding river, across several hundred meters long bridges to finally arrive at a large amphitheatre used to train adult volunteer officer candidates. It was here that the three hundred children of Kyli's training battalion would be formally educated by a purpose-built sophisticated droid intelligence. Every morning, this education would begin immediately following physical training and covered such topics as Literacy, Numeracy, conspicuously the galaxy's turbulent history, and political theory designed to indoctrinate the children into Imperial Ideology.

The lynchpin of their training focused on courage, initiative, and teamwork, emphasising collaboration to foster an overwhelming sense of unit identity that subsumed the individual. If the team did not win, nobody won regardless of personal performance. Kyli was consistently responsible for her section failing. She would neglect to aid them when traversing the obstacle courses where most required aid to navigate. This prompted Kyli and the other seven children on her section to break out into a brief albeit violent scrap swiftly ended by the instructors. Reconciling their differences, the children performed admirably, although seldom the best. The Stormtrooper Cadets were ever motivated by their company teamwork exercises. The losing team would often not be served any food in the mess hall. Still, in a surprising and unpunished display of solidarity, the victorious teams would generally share portions of their ration with this team and encourage them to strive for higher performance levels. Interestingly on the second day of training Kyli and the other Cadets' instruction focused more closely on teamwork, images of the Kaminoan Aiwha and how they hunted their prey in packs brought fond memories to the front of Kyli's mind of home it would be one of the last times in years of service to the First Order that she would recall Kamino at all, that life quickly receding into the depths of subconsciousness.

Training only increased in intensity with time coming to the point where the Cadets would be required to navigate assault courses. At the same time, their instructors fired upon them with paintball guns, intending to bruise the children to punish mistakes and inattentiveness. At the end of the assault course, these Stormtrooper Cadets would be forced to perform ridiculous amounts of push-ups with the goal on the part of Gunnery Sergeant Angro to teach the children to persevere through pain as would be expected of them on the battlefield when merciless insurgents were bearing down upon them. When discussing Project: Resurrection with its' director Gunnery Sergeant Angro suggested that FN-6767 be elevated to the position of Section Commander for her exemplary performance in physical and military training, his recommendation was accepted, and Kyli found herself raised as a Corporal coming to command the seven others in her section, appointing a boy named "Ben" as her trusted second-in-command.

In just two years of training as a Stormtrooper, Kyli had received a better than average education when compared to what she would have otherwise received on Kamino, which would have already been superior to most worlds. The droid intelligence "LEGION" responsible for teaching the recruit battalion began focusing on sophisticated historical tactics and strategy from records that had miraculously survived the Gulag Plague. At just a modest thirteen years of age, Kyli was capable of constructing fortifications, lacing tripwires, firing most small arms and stabilising victims of blaster or slugthrower wounds. The geas left by Father in Kyli's should influence the adolescent girl to conclude that hers would be the life of a soldier. Kyli thought little of her family or Kamino when she slept. It came to her consciousness as some distant albeit persistent memory is barely recognisable. The Stormtrooper Cadets would be deployed regularly into the remote wilderness via dropship clad in their camouflaged First Imperial uniforms the exercises they would perform would vary wildly. However, frequently they were required to get back to their barracks. At the same time, fully armed and armoured First Imperial Soldiers diligently searched for the teenagers to capture them. The Stormtrooper Cadets were required to utilise their survival and evasion skills by Gunnery Sergeant Angro. Kyli would consistently lead her section to penetrate their pursuers' security loc and steal supplies and speeders to make the several dozen kilometre treks back to the barracks a breeze for their training company.

The Stormtrooper Cadets, who averaged about twelve to thirteen years old, would engage in war games with their opposition forces consisting of adult volunteer First Imperial Soldiers, where the Stormtrooper Cadets demonstrated the merits of their recruitment by incredibly overcoming trained professional soldiers through superior teamwork and discipline. This miraculous result occurred reliably, and in varied terrain from mock urban environments to rugged wildlands, it mattered not for Kyli and her Company they would overcome any opponent the Gunnery Sergeant and Project: Resurrection's director could conjure, at least that is what the rather vain teenage girl believed. At the modest age of fourteen, Kyli, Ben, and the other Stormtrooper Cadets had earned proficiency awards in every possible combat arms category to the quiet pride of Gunnery Sergeant Angro decided he'd 'treat' his trainees to a 'vacation' where he planned to turn said tropical island vacation into an exercise in aquatic rescue training. The Gunnery Sergeant's plan failed when Kyli recognised that thanks to her years of diving and swimming on Kamino, the oxygen tanks provided to the trainees were light with sabotaged valves. Kyli alerted Ben, and the pair resolved to steal the tanks that were supposed to be delivered to their handlers and replaced them with the faulty ones the trainees had been issued.

Once the company began their dive circuit with handlers in tow, the latter including Gunnery Sergeant Angro, found themselves unable to continue; all the Cadets opportunistically seized this moment to break from their course and mischievously retired to a nearby Island and spend forty-eight hours fishing, swimming, eating and surfing the beautiful waves. Gunnery Sergeant Angro greeted this knowledge with glee, his Stormtrooper Trainees had proven themselves more than obedient drones and embraced a level of creativity in approaching problems under field conditions and beamed with a professional pride when he finally retrieved the teenagers and prohibited their handlers from meting out any sort of recrimination or punishment but conversely did not outwardly praise them either. Gunnery Sergeant Angro decided to increase the frequency that live ammunition and full-powered settings on their blasters would be used, increasing the Trainees' teamwork and co-operation.

However, Kyli would lose several members of her company and be forced to endure witnessing their durasteel coffins being jettisoned into the black void of space. The experience hardened the young FN-6767. She became suspicious and detached from replacements, angry even at the injustice of losing valued members of her platoon and company so young, never assigning responsibility to the Corps. Still, her failings sought to excise them through a harsher commitment to training.

Kyli FN-6767 was released from the First Imperial Training academies at the age of seventeen, two years before the First Order-Galactic Alliance war in 849 ABY, into Full-time professional service alongside her entire company who had been instructed in the employment and repair of armoured fighting vehicles, becoming an Armour Company attached to the FN Corps' 1st Infantry Regiment providing this unit with invaluable fire support across several engagements primarily against insurgent and irregular pirate violent non-state actors with the occasional colonial Government coming within her company's sights.

For the most part, at this point in her life, Kyli felt nothing but the blissful ignorance of youth and excitement, excited to execute those orders she had trained a lifetime to execute. As a Tank Commander, she was careful and consummate, placing a high value on her comrade's lives and becoming known within the Battalion as a no-nonsense harsh superior but competent and concerned with the wellbeing of her subordinates first and foremost, on more than one occasion, Kyli was promoted and subsequently demoted for their seditious tendencies when subordinated to adult volunteer officers dismissing them as ineffective and without the steel necessary to make crucial decisions within the heat of combat.

Participating in a staggering number of campaigns, Kyli FN-6767 rapidly distinguished herself as a competent tactical leader. It earned several citations and the rest of her company for meritorious service and bravery, albeit they were also known in no small part due to their zeal and willingness to place themselves in danger on behalf of the First Order for taking heavy casualties fighting until exhausted. During the opening of the Galactic Alliance-First Order War on Kaeshana, Kyli and her regiment were stationed aboard the FIV Wrath after it entered orbit in an attempt to deposit elements of the 1st Infantry Regiment, including Kyli's armoured Company to Santaissa City.

The Imperial-X Class Star Destroyer was caught in a fierce force storm conjured by Eldorai Witches. Kyli was busy rushing her crew into their personal protective equipment in the form of Stormtrooper Armour when the Destroyer's engines lost power and plummeted towards the planet's surface upon landing, several decks were compressed and crushed under the Star Destroyer's weight killing hundreds of crewmen and passengers in the blink of an eye. Kyli and her crew, who had been in their barracks, managed to board an escape pod just before the crash and were spared being crushed by the decks through jettisoning from the FIV Wrath.

Before it landed by a few seconds, Kyli and her tank's crew then protected themselves at the FIV Wrath's crash site from Forsaken Eldorai and Grand Alliance military personnel while reinforcements were dispatched to the crash site. For five gruelling minutes, the most protracted struggle of Kyli's life up to that point transpired; she went into the Battle of Kaeshana, still clinging onto her identity as Kyli Haas and emerged as Kyli FN-6767.

During the battle for their lives, Kyli and her crew miraculously salvage a working TX-series tracked turreted tank, which they used to protect the few surviving Stormtroopers and Navy Crewmen. It did not take long for the Kathol Marines, Alliance Soldiers and Eldorai Forsaken to acknowledge the impact and contribution Kyli's tank was providing to the efforts to protect the FIV Wrath, its' survivors and sensitive military intelligence contained within the Star Destroyers wreckage. A tandem-warhead high-explosive anti-tank charge smashed through the lower glacis plate.

It exploded, causing a catastrophic detonation of the stored ammunition, sending a draft of pressure up through Kyli's open Commander's cupola, throwing the young woman clear of her doomed vehicle. At the same time, her comrades were fortunately killed instantly. The suffering and pain were not over for FN-6767. Awakening from a brief period of unconsciousness, Kyli's smouldering tank was left in neutral gear and found its' track and wheels pinning her left arm to the ground, with the Forsaken, Kathol Marines and Alliance Soldiers closing, ignoring symptoms of traumatic shock Lance Corporal FN-6767 used a plasma torch to saw her arm off and cauterise the injury before attempting to stagger back towards the First Imperial lines from the fore position her tank had occupied only to fall unconscious shortly after that succumbing to shock.

Later, Kyli would receive a new tank crew from replacement personnel who, like her, were recruited as children from an Orphan population. However, in a different training unit and thus she never truly felt completely comfortable with them when contrasted to those she knew to be as close as family. Not that the untenable relationship between Kyli and this crew would last for a lengthy period, they worked together on Panatha and Hoth during the latter operation. One of the team was killed following a Catastrophic detonation within their tank, resulting in third-degree burns to one side of Kyli's face and much of her torso. Due to the painful full-thickness burns, Kyli sustained to her face, both eyes had to be replaced with an obviously emerald green prosthesis which, at a benefit, were capable of low-light amplification.

Kyli DT-6767 did not play a role in the governance of the Core Imperial Confederation. It, in fact, was guided by her aversion to politics but a strong sense of duty; she joined the Coruscant Security Force under the protective identity "Kyle Whir" created by the Imperial Security Bureau. Kyli, while serving as a Coruscant Security Force officer, deployed to Eshan after its' scouring as part of a volunteer humanitarian force and protected Echani citizens from Mandalorian raiders. It is on Eshan Kyli as Kyle Whir first became acquainted with the then Warmaster Alkor Centaris. The two fostered a warm acquaintance, and Kyli aided Alkor in his battle against a criminal sith lord who was killed in the confrontation.

It would not be Kyli's last encounter with Mandalorians. While on a joint-training exercise, she was taken hostage at a spaceport and many citizens. With an explosive collar fitted around her throat, Kyli was ostensible to be shipped off-world. However, her captors later resolved to kill their captives by detonating their collars for whatever reasons. Kyli's collar malfunctioned and misfired, and she managed to save an unattended young boy aboard the freighter. However, all other captives tragically perished, leaving the woman washed in blood and ichor. More disturbingly, it was not the blood, bone or organs scattered over the floor that bothered Kyli. It was the knowledge she had failed to save them all. Bigotry against Mandalorians had been cemented, and Kyli concluded they were stupid, violent animals to put down.

With the fall of the Core Imperial Confederation, Kyli's secret identity was eventually discovered by the Galactic Alliance's Strategic Intelligence Agency once the Coruscant Security Force's personnel records were subpoenaed by the new government in their search for Imperial War Criminals. Kyli's face was matched to an FN-6767. Kyli became a suspect in historical allegations of prisoner mistreatment and extrajudicial executions for her time in the First Order's Military. An investigation was commenced by the Alliance Marshals' Service. Eventually, under internal political pressure, the Federal Government's attorney general office began a prosecution against Kyli Graf for one-hundred and sixty-seven counts of homicide for the killing of Alliance prisoners of war during the First Order-Galactic Alliance War along with multiple sequences of using prohibited weapons such as disruptors. Kyli entered a not-guilty plea and mounted a successful defence using significant resources. Her defence counsel argued successfully that Kyli FN-6767 was a brainwashed child soldier and suffered psychotic episodes due to her augmentations, for which she later received rehabilitative therapy. Kyli was acquitted by a panel of judges who ruled that the prosecution had abducted insufficient evidence and failed to establish Kyli's criminal intent beyond a reasonable doubt.

Scalded by the Galactic Alliance and comfortably escaping a life sentence. Kyli's career with the Coruscant Security Force suffered. She was reassigned from the Galactic City to the underworld, where she served as a Tactical Operations Division, Section Commander. Fighting the worst scum in the galaxy, embittered. Kyli became a ruthless punisher of the wicked, searching keenly for any opportunity to teeter the line between justified use of force and brutality. Organised crime was utterly crushed only through the vicious implementation of lawful harassment of defence solicitors representing Coruscant's underworld, cancelling airspeeder licences for unpaid fines, and ceaseless surveillance. Too effective and cunning to dismiss. The Coruscant Security Force was left with little choice but to issue Kyli with citations and a commission. Kyli Graf, dogged by her father's legacy and deeds passed, lawfully changed her legal name to "Kier Grey". in an attempt to publicly obfuscate her shadowy past. The Brotherhood of the Maw eventually came to Coruscant. The Security Force mounted a valiant defence of the galactic city but was decimated. There were two-thousand Tactical Operations Division officers in Kyli's patrol. However, by the battle's end, over ninety per cent had died.

Little more than two-hundred armed officers remained. Though she was exempted from conscription, Kyli sought to enlist in the Galactic Alliance Marine Corps' Reserve, desperate to replace their immense losses in the ongoing war. Kyli's enlistment was approved, and she rapidly received several battlefield promotions by surviving combat where others died. Kyli continued to serve with ignominious distinction earning every major citation awarded by the galactic alliance. Due to her history, acts of valour and feats of combat prowess unparalleled went thankless by the chain of command. Eventually, Kyli was begrudgingly granted an officer's commission in the Alliance Marine Corps' reserve. Kyli was later deployed into the full-time 104th Battalion as the Brotherhood of the Maw's campaign against the core began in earnest. The Galactic Alliance's political leadership was increasingly infiltrated by the Sith. Kyli began wondering if her father had been correct in supporting Imperialism.
