• The Ol' Chiss Charric Charged Cha-Ching: Utilizing Charric energy over traditional blaster cartridge the AK-57 is a take-all-comer rifle able to pack a thermal energy backed kinetic punch with every shot able to slice through lightsaber blades and plant a 1900s haymaker into any metallic armors. Combining these properties the Charric bolts are all but an upgrade from traditional tibanna gas charged cartridges - inflicting greater damage on all things...except -

WEAKNESSES

• P-p-polymers: Ceramic and polymer armors usually result in total dissipating of the energy, electric charged shock of Charric rounds - ripping down a great deal of the bolt's damaging potential. Effective? Perhaps but significantly less so.

DESCRIPTION
Commissioned as part of Project Kyber Dark , the AK-57x was developed by Technoid as a take all comers Charric replacement for a standard military equipped blaster rifle. Sacrificing range for superior firepower the Charric blaster is capable of punching through conventional metallic armors as well as shooting through lightsaber blades with a powerful 1-2 punch of thermal-kinetic energy.
