Strengths:
  • Capital Combat - Sizable Armaments and Defenses make this a dangerous opponent against standard Star Destroyers
Weaknesses:
  • Severely Damaged - At random intervals, especially after a lot of power is used, parts of the ship may shut down without notice and require an immediate jumpstart. This is due to the ship being incredibly ancient and having taking enough damage to be tossed into a scrap yard, but going on ahead with repairs. The damage is so extensive it's gotten into places still unexplored because of the size of the ship
  • EWAR Susceptible - Like many ships, this Destoyer can be effected by EWAR and Ionized weaponry

The KSF Mauriacus is an original model Imperial II-class Star Destroyer. An original model that had survived throughout the life of the original Kuat Drive Yards, and into new hands all up until the final battle that would see the Kuat Drive Yards Orbital Array destroyed. While she did not die, her spirit was devastated. Her crew and her captain fought long and hard until they could fight no longer. They did not retreat, but eventually their ship was on the verge of being knocked out. By the time the Orbital Array had fallen, the Mauriacus had ordered its own retreat from battle, less it risked the lives of its crew in a fruitless venture to continue fighting. They made a vow to return the fight against those who killed the people that remained on the Orbital Array, and the destruction of it, as they had put their lifes blood into it. Now after what feels like a lifetime, the newly built up Kuat Drive Yards has been able to put her back into service, along with her Captain, Gregory.

The ship is littered with battle scars. Some from bombs or explosions, some from laser burns or colliding with other ships. In some places it can be clearly seen that small but obvious pieces are missing. It has been hidden away, in the cold, dark shadow of space, in a KDY Drydock, ever since that frightful battle, and has now emerged. She is able to fight, move like your average ISD, complete any task any ISD is given, but she is different. Broken and rebuilt, this ship and crew are more like a haunted ghost ship now, as they no longer care about life or death. All they care about is revenge.
