Description: The Krell-class is designed to provide fleet formations with protection from massed warheads, gunship charges, and waves of bombers. It is less effective at close range, and against other capital ships. Against transports, gunships and bombers, however, it is lethal, along the same lines as Silk's larger Ackbar-class. Other vessels with a similar level of maneuverability (class 4) can also be targeted with increased accuracy. Its capital guns are single-barrel affairs on fastmounts, occasionally causing problems for fire coordination but maximizing tracking speed to handle quick vessels.

This sounds like you've added a Heavy modifier (x2) but...

This states that they aren't. I think you meant "capital guns" when using the term "heavy". Could you edit please?

Also, after discussing it with the starship judges, capital guns on fastmounts allow better targeting against smaller ships, but only on ships speed 4 or higher.
