Rationale:The company was taken by Lao Tzu. He forced the last owner to sign the papers over to him at blaster point. The company already was a front for a local mob and Lao Tzu just capitalized on it. The company was taken over by a force lead by Lao Tzu. It was then turned into an aggressive corporate entity that is used as a front and holding company for other, future operations that are both legit and not. The company primarily works outside of most of the major factions and tries to stay below the radar when it comes to other companies and factions. The company will try to stay below the radar in all areas and industries until it is time to move up a Tier. Most people that work for Kozure Okami don't know they work for the company unless they check their pay stub. They have many company fronts and companies within the larger company. It was built this way to weight and measure losses versus other gains from other companies.

It currently resides in the warehouse and manufacturing district of the planet of Terminus. It does accept private and public contracts for manufacturing and modifications. The weapons and vehicles push the legal limits, and various paper work can be done to help find the current legal loophole that is needed. Most modifications are made on site with a few days, while vehicle mods are usually a few days longer.
The Rum distillery and sales is an added bonus in the form of capital. Since Terminus sites at the intersection of two major trade routes, it is easy to find a person wants a solid shot of rum for one reason or another. This side of the business is completely legitimate in all aspects and holds about a 7% share in the market of hard liquor sales on Terminus.
