While there are multiple criminal organizations and criminal syndicates, I was looking towards the possibility of a Kleptocratic based Government run by a singular family. At this moment I am looking for people whom would like to aid in expanding the Devreaux family which would form the foundation for the Kelptocratic idea.
In definition a Kleptocracy or Mafia state is the 'Rule by Thieves' with the officials and ruling class generally pursue personal wealth and power at the cost of the general populace.
