Strengths:
Shell Spider Silk offers some protection from small arms fire and vibroswords.
Terentatek Leather in the hood allows the wearer to keep his surface thoughts from leaking out for others to read, and help against light mind attacks.
Personal Stealth Unit: Renders the user invisible, but proper training is needed to move about without disrupting the field.
Bes'kar plating offers protection from medium arms fire and light lightsaber attacks.

Weaknesses:
The Terentatek leather has to be worn over the head to help protect the mind. If the hoods down, it doesn't protect.
The Stealth Unit does not work if the user is under trained and moving to quickly. Even as it stealth however, it still shows a slight bend in the light, and those trained can see it.
The Stealth Unit is electronic, meaning an EMP or something similar can short it out and stop it from working.

Description: Being quite a bit smaller than most of the assassins Kitty modified the assassin armor she was given heavily. She modified it to fit snugly to her body and offer extra protection with added Bes'kar plating. The black helps hide her in the shadows and the silver gives it a sense of style. The hood is also modified to have to flaps where her ears can poke out. When her identity being kept secret is more important than her ability to hear she can just hide the ears under the hood.

Looks good, the only thing I can think of is a Judge may ask for a change of armor quality.

Many people choose lower armor classes for their custom armor in a trade off for more powerful equipment or specialized resistances, or simply for more mobility.)

Your armor has quite specialized resistances and the odd equipment, but shouldn't be too drastic.

Keep it at 8 and see what the judge says.
