STRENGTHS
Taking inspiration from the Vapaad lightsaber form, Mykel devised a method to empower Non-Force Users against hostile Force wielders, particularly formidable Sith Lords. Rather than simply negating Force abilities, this system feeds upon them, allowing the user to grow stronger in response to the opponent's power. In effect, punishing Force users who rely too heavily on their mystical abilities. Meanwhile, friendly Force Users are not impeded like with typical Force nullification methods like Ysalamiri, allowing for greater synergy and improved combined armed maneuvers.
The system employs Kyber-based receivers, attenuated through Force Imbuement, which function like energy collectors. These receivers draw upon ambient Force energy from areas where the Force is actively channeled, or in the presence of Force Vergences. The captured energy is then directly funneled into the user, enhancing physical performance, reflexes, and sensory acuity. While not on par with the capabilities of a true Force User, the enhancement significantly elevates the capabilities of a baseline Non-Force User.
Additionally, the user is cocooned within a sheath of Force energy, forming a neutral Force barrier that provides protection against both conventional attacks and Force-based energy or mental assaults.
Other environmental factors further influence the system. In areas rich with light-side energy, or when operating near light-aligned Jedi, the user may channel small amounts of Light-side power, which can increase mental clarity against psychic attacks and illusions and radiate with a small amount of Force light that can deter Dark-side users and entities. Conversely, in dark-side-aligned environments or near powerful Dark-side users, the user's aggression is heightened, pulsing with subtle Dark-side energy that further increases combat power and durability at the risk of bloodlust and diminished composure.
