On the one hand, we could attempt to open negotiations with the Galactic Alliance on Chandrila while we attempt to secure a supply of void stones.
On the other hand, my Alliance alt Ugohr Poof has had trouble securing contracts or misc-threads for his real estate company, IGR Brokerage. (If any of you have Alliance characters that played in the Chandrila dominion, you'll understand why I insist on Chandrila: Ugohr is, at this time, in a prison cell on that planet in the aftermath of his actions in that dom)
We could use his real estate services to establish an embassy on Chandrila so as to secure either a building some NPC put up for sale there or a vacant plot of land on which to build said embassy.
[member="Dek Ryken"] has agreed not to use the word "the" in the resulting thread so that he could get the New Republic a supply of void stones for special anti-FU gear, and Ugohr will do so as well. (If you can endure his Gungan script, that is)
Just that 30 posts are required for limited production of anti-FU armor with void stones inlaid in it.
