I'm with the Mandalorian Empire faction here (I'll be tagging the faction leader as well since he would know the whole of things), and as far as I know, this is just coincidence. Khar Zuun could just be Mando'a (the Mandalorian language), in which case anyone can use it as needed: for a declaration, a planet, or a refresher plunger. The planet as mentioned in the article posted could also be referencing another planet/moon that exists within Legends canon. My bet is that 'Khar Zuun' is just an ill-defined phrase from a Star Wars language (I'm not sure it's Mando'a since the dictionary I use doesn't contain it but who knows?).

- Thanks for the tag my friend! A Arcanus Rex - Hey there! Looks like this is a happy coincidence. When looking up Mando'a for "Black Summer" or phrases coming close to it, Khar Zuun was a result that stuck out to me and I implemented it as a story hook on Chaos. It's unrelated to anything from the site listed above or what's being planned for the Mandalorian film. Hope that helps!
