APPEARANCE:
A tall, muscular man. He is the type of guy who will stand out in an crowd. He wears rather strange clothes and hat, however no one is willing to tell him about it. He has a holster on his right side but that is the only weapon visible on his person. If he takes his shirt off (only for rituals) there are some tribal tattoos on his body which will glow a red colour during force rituals.
Rarely he will be clean shaven. His short back and sides haircut is usually covered with his top hat, but on occasion he will take it off to show his hair.

Keziah, born from an adventurer named [REDACTED] Quelin and his partner Kel-Tien Quelin (NOTE : Mother was suspected to be a daughter of the Dathomir [REDACTED] , however investigations are ongoing) travelled the galaxy from an young age. His father, [REDACTED] Quelin travelled the galaxy looking for ruins, artefacts and locations related to the force and other locations that offered historical and monetary value. He was rather successful and he was famous for a time but later shifted back to obscurity but this didn't effect the family that much. Keziah's childhood was rather uneventful after our investigation so for the purpose of this report I will seg-way into Keziah and his family's connection to the force. The family are devout believers of the force. This belief stems from Keziah's mother, Kel-Tien Quelin a suspected daughter of the Dathomir [REDACTED] which are deeply connected to the force. It seems that [REDACTED] made Kel-Tien run away from Dathomir for unknown reasons. The father studied the force and was deeply interested in it, so it looks the couple shared the same beliefs and decided to run away together. Keziah was taught these beliefs the day he was born and rumor has it that he can use the force in some way. We cannot confirm this as we have knowledge that he does not use any official medical care. It is known that he has some kind of clairvoyance or far-sight of some kind and other such powers.
His criminal nature started at 19 when he ran away from his family and into a civilian freighter that agreed to take him. I have multiple accounts of this story but the main part is that he convinced the crew to divert the ship's course to a nearby planet afterbrutally killing murdering the captain and taking the crew 'hostage'. The captain resisted Quelin's first offer to divert the course so Quelin killed him. Of course, this is all conjecture. We did not get any solid proof and we rely on testimonies of people who worked with Quelin. Ever since then, he has built up a small criminal empire. Small in size but his empire can influence a lot of people.
He has been able to dodge every attempt of arrest we have ever made and he has some influence in government officials but not in a corrupt sort of way. His guise of an business owner (Small scale trading and retailing of goods) has given him some contacts in government, mostly related to trading and the treasury. His business is a cover for his criminal activities but we can never get any solid evidence. His criminal activities vary, but he seems to have started to try and extort the trading business. The reason why I don't specify which one, is because he is trying to take over any trading in certain sectors. However there is an emphasis on the trading of weaponry and ammunition.

- Naturally very strong, after years of hard work
- Bladesman- Very expert in using knifes
- Gunslinger- Adept in using powder-based pistols, not energy based weapons
- Covert Criminal- He hides his criminal activities as business dealings.
