Description
The Bounty Hunter Armor of Kesh Balor appears to be a mesh of a little bit of everything. Durasteel and Armorplast overlay Armorweave for extra protection while a layer of Reflec Coating was added to accommodate a level of stealth in the armor. The Armor is also EMP hardened to ensure resistance against attacks that might damage the electronic systems and render them inoperable. Reifflex Cellular Padding in the helmet and around the neck and shoulders add additional protection against head injury including whiplash and concussions as well.
The Armor is primarily used to protect against Ballistic and Blaster threats and is capable of absorbing numerous shots from either type of weapon before being breached. The Breastplate is especially durable. The Armor would also offer some protection against kinetic force in the way of explosions. Obviously the closer the explosion is the less protection the armor would offer. A Personal Energy Shield has been integrated into the armor as well affording it a degree of lightsaber resistance when activated. Numerous blows will drain the energy cell of the shield and render it inoperable ensuring that it remains preferable to avoid lightsaber blows.
Amongst the equipment integrated into the armor are a Wrist Laser and Flame Projector on the left arm and a Fibrocord Whip alongside a retractable Vibroblade on the right. This is a standard loadout for the armor however a degree of modularity is apparent as different weapons can substitute the originals on a case by case basis. Any modularity would need to be noted well beforehand. A Z-6 Jetpack gives the armor an added degree of maneuverability.
Weaknesses
Standard armor weaknesses. Weak spots in the armpits, back of the knees, elbows, wrists. The Visor Lense is armored but weak in comparison to the rest of the armor.
