Originally from the Bestin Consortium, one of 12 nations comprising the volatile Sajnen Confederate. She grew up being around people in the corporate world, where rivalries between large corporations were large and fierce. Bestin, and entire planet ruled by large feudal type corporations, it was not at all uncommon when directors and bosses with such immense powers would resort in non orthodox methods as a very means of silencing or eliminating another competitor.
Kes was one of those tools. Working for the often arrogant and sleazy business men who needed information about a rival, or needed someone of nuisance taken out of the picture. She herself had witnessed her own family experience such a terrible and harsh fate at the hands of another business rival. She had vowed her revenge. For years she worked as a spy and assassin for the highest bidder until one day she had gotten the opportunity she had been waiting for all her life. She assissinated the entire immediate family of the very same syndicate boss who had killed hers. All at close range, some with her bare hands. Once they all lay dead before her, she momentarily had felt a sigh of relief. Finally revenge had been hers. Yet she had been spotted. There was always someone watching. If not careful, being caught was always imminent. Out of her own excitement for revenge, she had let her own guard down. She was on the run and from the hunter had become the hunted.
Fleeing from authorities there, she was discovered by the then First Prime of Lord Xiz'Jhan of House Sunrider, Kixi Rajki. It was all by sheer coincidence that the two had met. The Bestin Consortium had recently assisted the House of Sunrider along with several other Sajnen nations in a battle against a common alien foe. Kixi had caught her trying to sneak onboard her ship as she was leaving the planet. The 2 soon became friends although this friendship did not last long. However Kixi wasn't aware of this fact as Kes would deceive her for many years allowing Kixi to believe that they were indeed friends. Kixi had originally secretly taken Kes in and offered her protection in exchange for her services. Overtime Kes learned to despise Kixi and developed a strong hatred against her. Kixi, despite being a proficient Jedi Knight was unaware of the secret hatred Kes had for her, along with her companion Mako Zaneca. In-fact it would never be known to Kixi, despite the years that would pass, and despite the close calls at uncovering the truth about Kes. Eventually the day would arrive, the day Kes would seriously maim Kixi leaving her for dead, and also murder her love, Mako before her very eyes. Her deception was so strong and convincing over the years that not only did Kixi believe that both Kes and her were friends, but that furthermore, Kixi had treated Kes with the highest uppermost of respect doing almost anything for the person she had believed was her friend.
Kes was the ultimate assassin and spy. Throughout the years she would unsuspecting to Kixi, her fellow crew and Jedi friends, spy on the Jedi, the Republic, and even have her own secret agent, Kajtia Xiz'injhürek spy on the Sith and their Empire. She would send all this information back to her home confederate of worlds, to the powerful dark lord and dark Jedi, Lord Xiz'Jhan, whom would use this intel to ready his forces for a future invasion of the Galaxy.
Kes even without the Force, was one very powerful, deceitful and evil individual. She valued the lives of nobody except that of her own. Over the years, Kes would kill many innocent people out of pure fun and pleasure, unknowingly to those around her, unsuspecting even to Kixi of whom Kes would reside mostly on her starship the MXS Morihei Ueshiba. In-fact Kes was able to quite easily seduce Kixi, despite being a highly proficient Jedi Knight. Kes was a master at studying her enemies, her victims and her prey. In regards to both Kixi and Mako, Kes was able to succeed into erasing any suspicions that both eventually had regarding Kes' foul intents. Anyone that tried to double cross her would meet a brutal end. Kes was constantly one step ahead of her enemies ot would be traitors. Kajtia Xiz'injhürek would be one such person who had tried to warm Kixi due to her own personal feelings and past relationship with Kixi of Kes' evil intents.
Eventually however, her demise would come. Although her goals by that staged had been achieved. Lord Xiz'Jhan would enter the Galaxy with a massive invasion fleet, with Mako dead and Kixi believed to also be dead, both killed by Kes' own brutal hand. Yet the resurrected Kixi, using her new alias, Chieade Lama, would eventually track down Kes and punish her in ways unimaginable, and far worse than death itself.
