Strengths:
  • [+] Hit and Run: This is what this frigate is built for. With the underworldly uses in mind, Hellhound Strategic designed this ship to be able to hit hard and disable vessels before raising the shields and activating the SLAM engine to hit hard and slip past the vessel.
  • [+] Mechanically Simplistic: This vessel is fairly simple to pilot, operate, and maintain. Its inner workings are fault retardant and repairing damages or modifying the vessel is easy-peasy. Having a mechanically sound vessel in the middle of combat really helps.
Weaknesses:
  • [-] Ship of the Rear Line: This craft is not meant to be a front line vessel. While it may have fairly beefy shields and redundant internal countermeasures, its primary weapons and fighter complement aren't up to the standards of duking it out with similarly sized vessels.
  • [-] Firepower: 10 Turbolaser cannons honestly isn't enough main firepower for a ship of this size. It's easily outgunned and outclassed even by modern standards.

Description: The Kerberos-class Frigate was commissioned by the Hutt Cartel to fill the niche of being a versatile vessel with the intent of performing pirate actions. It's a fairly fast and agile craft with moderate armament, defenses, and hangar complement perfectly suited for disabling craft its size and below and commencing boarding actions.

Firstly comes the armament. While modest, there's an emphasis on ionic weaponry as well as incorporating the unique buzz cannon into the arsenal. Most of the heavier weapons are on fast mounts, offering ample firing vectors. The proprietary armaments are fairly standard, consisting of several batteries of point defense emplacements rated for eliminating attack craft and incoming projectiles.

Defensive wise, the vessel boasts a strong thermal shielding system. On the inside, every craft fields numerous GT-F0 droids for anti-boarding and security purposes. The hangar is large enough to hold several attack craft, usually being a squadron of craft rated for organic pilots or two squadrons of space superiority droid fighters. Each vessel also comes with two boarding ships.

The rest of the vessel is fairly standard. The Kerberos comes with a Solid Fuel/Ration convertor to sustain organic crewmembers. A battle analysis computer affords the captain of such a vessel a plethora of real-time information, allowing him/her to stay on top of things and accurately coordinate fire angles and attack craft tactics. Force cylinders are also present, allowing the ship to dock with virtually any spacefaring craft. A Hyperwave Inertial Momentum Sustainer protects the craft from gravity wells (note that this does not protect the vessel while its in realspace). And finally comes the SLAM engine, which allows the craft to exponentially increase its speed to bug out of situations at the expense of weapon power.

Summarily, it's a versatile and modest craft perfect for the raider, pirate, or privateer.

this needs to be in the form od a squadron count.
you can not have 12 craft equal to 24 of another that are the same size. Both are 5.4 meters so 24 of one can not equal 12 of the other.
either make the squadron count 1 or 2 squadrons if you want 24 then do 2 squadrons
honestly since the Cutter-class and the tri-fighter have no stated squadron count in ther submission and are so small i could see a squadron being 18 not 12. so if you wanted you could have 2 squadrons of 18 craft.

A ship this size and class has a standard speed and maneuvering of about 11. change the speed and maneuverability to 10 or do 10 posts of development to balance out the increased speed and maneuvering.
