- A minor, small mining consortium based on Kenari consisting of eleven groups who serve as distinct members within the organisation and who represent the Kenari system within the The High Republic's Senate in Theed.

- Notable Assets:
- N/A
- Hierarchy:
- Triarch Board → Sector Administrators → Compliance Prefects → Logistics Coordinators → Liaison Officers.
- Membership:
- An application can be made to the Triarch Board for membership after an applicant has been nominated to them by at least four of it's members.
- The application must be a viable business opportunity (as per the Triarch's discretion) concerning mining operations on Kenari.
- If the Triarch Board accepts the application then the applicant will be subjected to a year long trial. During this time a potential applicant may have their applicant rejected or their assets seized and distributed to members already inside the KRC.
- After a year long trial, under the discretion of the Triarch Board, an applicant may then be accepted into the KRC and become a full-fledged member.
- Climate:
- Hostile.
- Local tribes hate the KRC and it's members. They regularly engage in acts of sabotage or other forms of eco terrorism in an attempt to stop the strip mining operations that the KRC oversees and their members enact.
- Competing members almost always find ways to stop and/or seize assets, business interests or opportunities. While such corporate espionage is forbidden against accepted members of the KRC it is not the same for potential applicants looking to join this consortium. If you're new then you are just another competitor to the members of this consortium and if they can take your stuff, without repercussions, then they will.
- Strip mining is dangerous and often ends in permanent injury or death to those contracted to perform various tasks relating to the commercial or mining interests of this consortium and their members.
- Reputation:
- The KRC is a minor mining consortium in the High Republic. Outside of the Kenari system they are relatively unknown.
- Across Kenari the KRC is a reputable source of ores and other resources excavated by their mining activities planet side. This reputation is particularly safeguarded by their members who hold each other in high esteem.
- Outside of the KRC they are a despised organisation who responsible for acts and operations that have resulted in Kenari becoming a polluted, unhospitable world ruined by both the consortium and those who become before them to strip mine the planet for it's resources.
- Curios:
- N/A

- The Triarch Board can kick anyone out of the consortium by their discretion and command. Don't expect them to give much of an explanation either.
- KRC is subject to law, and prosecution, by the High Republic. Therefore they try to abide by their laws.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Kenari has long since been a devastated world.
Ruined by commercial mining operations for centuries (long before the Four-Hundred Year Darkness) it has, for at least a millennia, been a polluted, unhospitable planet where entities across this time have either paid for or funded strip mining activities across the world. This practise has been in motion for such a long time that it is difficult to pinpoint where or when it began. Suffice to say, by the rise of the High Republic at the turn of the ninth-century, the Kenari Resource Compact (KRC) had been in control of the commercial mining activities across Kenari for a long, long time and had gone onto perpetuate similar operations which had originally turned this forest world into a place where life scarcely survives long before their formation as a mining consortium.
In 904 ABY they were approached by a former participant of the Five Veils Project with an application to join the consortium as a new member of their Triarch Board. The applicant was Her (otherwise known as Ella Nova) who was an expat from the Imperial Confederation and had immigrated to Enarc after a minor scandal concerning their naturalization and subsequent citizenship within the High Republic during the last days of
This enigmatic woman, who was also once a member of the Commission for the Establishment of Civilian Interests (COMECI) in New Aldera, had their proposal heard and subsequently accepted by members of Triarch during a clandestine meeting. During their pitch Her explained to the board that she possessed a wide array of contacts, information and levers (both economic and political) across the Mid Rim and Outer Rim systems that would be of use to the KRC as they sought to protect their activities on Kenari from oversight and interference from the Republic Senate fearing that the consequences of their mining interests on the planet (which had reduced it to a polluted, unhospitable place) would result in persecution or taxation.
Up until Her had joined the Triarch Board, the KRC had avoided much contact with Theed due to their fears that they would invite scrutiny, criticism or outright interference in their operations on Kenari. With the Kenari system a minor, relatively unknown place in the High Republic they were consequentially left to their own devices until 904 ABY when a delegation from Triarch represented Kenari during a Republic Senate session concerning
