Appearance: Right eye is a blind eye. Kelictu has darkened, slightly red teeth from killing with his bare hands and teeth. Teeth are 6 centimeters long, and claws are 7 centimeters long. Kelictu has a forked tongue.
Biography: Kelictu was born to Kel'ia Moreantu, a very powerful pack leader, and Kesantu Moreantu, the only female in the pack. Kelictu was always a troublemaker as a child, causing the pack to stay in one spot for unnecessarily long periods of time. When Jedi came to the planet Barab, his parents abandoned him on one of the ships. The Jedi had no idea he was on board until they found that one of the crew members was acting differently, more aggressive and frightened than when they arrived at Barab. they found that the crew member was Kelictu, acting upon a natural reflex to kill one of the crew, and take his place until he could get back to Barab. The crew decided to leave him on Mandalore, so then Kelictu didn't kill anyone else on board the craft.
Once on Mandalore, Kelictu searched around the jungle, only to find an abandoned Sith Temple, where he resided for many years of his life. He started to read through many Sith documents and even found an old computer program in one of the training modules, who he named "Lizzy" due to the module having a female human appearance. He also found that he was Force sensitive, when he used the force to slightly move a semi-large object far enough to where he could squeeze through a doorway to another part of the Temple. Inside of that blocked area, he found a slightly damaged Pursuit Enforcement Ship, where after a few years of picking up spare mechanical parts, he fixed and left Mandalore with Lizzy, several Sith documents, artifacts, Sith Training modules, and a Sith Dictionary in case he needed them. He took the things from the Sith Temple on Mandalore to Tatooine, where he now currently resides. For the past few years up till current time, he has upgraded both Lizzy and the Pursuit Enforcement Ship, now called "The Final Offer", and he has given Lizzy a holographic appearance, that way she can give herself a body if she wants. He currently lives in an abandoned cantina with a medium sized ship storage unit a few miles outside of Mos Eisley, where he continues to read the Sith documents and study the Sith artifacts he brought with him from Mandalore.
