SPECIAL FEATURES

Strengths:

  • Mandalorian Iron - Coating the forearms of this suit is a thin mandalorian iron layer, designed to prevent lightsaber damage on the arms.

  • Durasteel - Made of a mostly durasteel structure, this armour is designed to provide the wearer with a comfortable amount of protection.

  • Advanced HUD - Much akin to that of Boba Fett, the advanced comlink allows the wearer to access information on nearby rooms, scan the HoloNet and buy real estate.

Weaknesses:

  • Dense - Not designed to be light, this armour tends to continually weigh down the wearer, causing them to tire quickly should they wear the armour for too long.

  • Power Hungry - While the batteries within the suit are good, this suit drains power from them extremely quickly. Requiring charge after pretty much every fight, this suit could very easily just stop functioning mid battle.

  • Uncomfortable - Unless a bodysuit is worn beneath the armour, the rough metallic insides damage skin and leave the wearer with bruises, cuts and metal contact burns from usage.

  • Agility - Being agile in this suit is near impossible due to the weight. This removes a large portion of offense from the majority of force using wearers.

DESCRIPTION

Designed by Kei and John as a pet project over basically a weekend, the Mark I armour is designed to provide a solid base to build upon while still providing the wearer with a fair amount of protection in a battle. The Mark I is fully designed to be a base however, something for people to keep working on should they choose to. The armour, while not modular has a load of flaws that need to be ironed out and many upgrades than can be made in the future.

For now, it’s just a dense suit of armour.
