+In a previous Life Kayne was a powerful Force User. When he was severed from the Force he became even more deadly due to his main weapon being ripped away from him. His mind is his most powerful weapon now.
+Manipulative as a Sith with the purpose of an Imperial Knight, this Blackguard's tenacity leaves him with the short bigger stick most of the time.
-Since he has been found it's been implied that he is blind. So there's that.
-Even though he knows he is without the Force he still likes to put himself on a pedestal.

Born and raised on the farms of non-industrial Basiton, Kayne came from a long line of Imperial Knights, however due to the onset of the Gulag Plague much of his early life has been lost to the original black-out of the Fel Empire. It is known however that during the early days of the Gulag Plague he and his family immigrated into Republic Space. Recruited by the Jedi Abel Kayne studied under several Jedi Masters, eventually becoming one himself quickly due to his prior training under the Imperial Knights.
His life among the Jedi was utterly unremarkable until around 428 ABY, ironically the start of the 400 year darkness. Around this time is the time recorded by the Council of First Knowledge that Kayne was admitted to a Jedi rehabilitation center on Tython for the murder of several civilians and Jedi Knights due to a "psychosis" as prescribed by the head Jedi Healer at the time. After escaping in 429 ABY, he escaped, slaughtering nurses, patients, and Jedi, though a weapon is not mentioned, or rather it is classified by Grandmaster-Clearance. Apologies, it seems you are missing this clearance. After his rampage he escaped with sensitive information from the archives of Tython and joined the likes of the Blackguard. For decades the Order searched for him and his associates but he alluded the Order until approximately 460ABY where he was captured, severed from the Force and imprisoned on the edge of Republic space.
After this time records are sealed with Grandmaster-Level Clearance. Logging you out Master.
