STRENGTHS

• Energy Deflection - Due to the use of Cortosis in creation of the bodysuit, it is HIGHLY resistant to energy based attacks, like blasters and lightsabers. If struck by a lightsaber, it would likely temporarily disable it before it could cause significant harm, also leaving the attacker vulnerable.

WEAKNESSES

• Lightly Armored - While greatly protective against energy based attacks, the bodysuit only sports an average level of protection against everything else, and as such can only do so much to protect the wearer against none-energy based attacks.

DESCRIPTION
Devised as the prototype for a new line of protective bodysuits for usage by Kainite operatives and agents, the suit was designed to be highly protective against blasters and lightsabers, while also remaining extremely light to not hinder movement. The prototype went over it's originally assigned budget, with the excess cost being paid for by Darth Xyrah personally. The end result was adopted by Darth Xyrah as their new attire for missions in the field, and though cutbacks would likely need to be made for the mass produced variant, the prototype suited Darth Xyrah's needs just fine.
