BIOGRAPHY:
Kaggak wasn't born on any known Yuuzhan Vong holding. Or born to any known Vong people. It would seem that his parents are very, very dead. He was raised by the scions of the Sith Empire before it fell to the Mandalorians, and went on a self-imposed exile.
He has now returned to serve in the Red Guard of the One Sith. He believes that he can help the people the Sith are conquering, and it is his honor to do so.
