DESCRIPTION
The K2 Salvage and Repair Fleet is a collection of ships and crews that specialize in all things starship. Mechanics and engineers, architects and artisans, even some scientists that enjoy experimental developments all make up their ranks. The Fleet travels across the galaxy and takes up contracts and jobs wherever they find themselves, usually staying in or around the Tingel Arm and providing a much needed service as repair crews and salvage teams for both modern conflicts and even in service alongside archaeological operations involving ancient fleets and battlefields. They are reliable and fairly cheap to employ, often requesting materials or salvage parts as a form of payment in addition to whatever credit fee they charge.

RATIONALE
Through bribery, favors, buying contracts, and persuasion, Darth Patiens has amassed a small but dedicated fleet of mercenaries and workers. They often are either indebted to him or simply have grown loyal over time, with plenty of credits from salvage operations keeping those that decide to stray too far from leaving such a lucrative job opportunity. While most of them did start out as hired help, the constant and reliable jobs that they undertake due to Darth Patiens' travels ensures that many stay hooked into more permanent contracts. This of course is not to mention the crews and individuals that have become personally indebted to Darth Patiens in one way or another and serve him as such, and those that he has won over to his cause by words and actions.
