THE STORY SO FAR:
Born somewhere on the planet Corellia, Jude grew up poor to highly traditional Miralukan parents. His father, a Shipwright, worked on a line developing the latest and greatest freights from now defunct, Cloudways Inc. Much was demanded on the young Miralukan as the boy was forced into aiding his father with his work. Jude, often finding himself fumbling over tools and directions, was highly criticized and often berated by his father when things went wrong. This left Jude with a many insecurities growing up, never believing he was enough. His younger years on Corellia culminated in his fathers emotional abuse turning physical once Cloudways went under. Jude realizing he could never do anything to truly win his father's approval, made the logical decision at the age of 10 to escape such a toxic environment and pursue his life outside of Corellia.
With nothing to his name and no possessions, Jude snuck his bulky frame onto random transports around the galaxy. It was there, the Miralukan observed the constant state of conflict the galaxy seemed to fall in. Empires, Federations and Republics all fighting for one selfish goal, to dominate a galaxy of vastly different people. Planets and species had to align with a government that could care less about what was actually going on, restricting rights for no reason. It became evident to the youngling that something needed to be done to bring stability back into the galaxy. Jude always found himself a little pessimistic when it came to galactic affairs, but figured he had no real option to make a difference just being a wanderer.
A few years into his travels, Jude met an old Bothan Jedi wandering Alliance space. He took Jude under his wing, teaching the basics of the force which came natural to the Miralukan. This would become a valuable skillset as they travelled from planet to planet together as the pair would have to steal and cheat their way around. Outside of his teachings of the force, the Bothan would tell tales of his journey as a young Jedi. Recent stories of the Bryn'adul and the Sith Empire frightened the Miralukan, seeing them as a plague that is cursing the galaxy.
In 864 ABY, at the age of 16 and years travels with his Jedi mentor, the pair saw a transcript of The King's Speech from Heath Valhoun. This spoke to the two deeply as it aligned with everything they believed the galaxy should be. They agreed that the galaxy needed such leadership and often imagined the day they would get the honor to meet King Valhoun in person. A pact was made for the two to do everything in their power to reach Spindle IV to join the cause.
Within the year, Jude's Bothan mentor found himself sickly and incapable of the travel required to reach their goal. Jude stayed with him until the end, discussing their dreams of how a peaceful galaxy would look under the King and his offspring. Once passed, Jude often was dejected, not sure how he would carry on. But it was their idealistic dream that led the Miralukan to make his way to Spindle IV.
In 866 ABY, Jude finally found himself enlisting in the Elysium Empire. Often envisioning himself joining the Navy, the Empire quickly shipped the Miralukan off to Vesti to join the ranks of the Order of the Lion after uncovering his force ability. Jude found it hard as a Svaari, hardly making it through to his Knighthood. He attributes this to the loss of his friend and the news of King Heath going into a coma. Yet, the golden era of the Empire motivated the young Svaari to the rank of Knight and quickly into the rank of Sentinel shortly after.
Now after nearly 11 years of service, Jude finds himself loyal and dedicated to the cause, willing to do whatever it takes to protect and serve.
