STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
-Basic?- Jowarr can understand Basic, but is physically incapable of speaking it. That makes for some rather difficult times conversing with others.
-Wookiee Rage- It is a poor life decision to enrage a wookiee, and perhaps costly for the wookiee for that rage can be detrimental to any who are close, even friends.
-Wookiee: He's a massively tall and strong humanoid, capable of feats of strength most humans can only dream of.
-Bold & Noble- Like most wookiees, Jowarr possesses great courage and tremendous care and compassion for other beings, desiring to look out for their well-being.
-Trandoshans- The hatred between the two species dates back thousands and thousands of years and Jowarr is no different. He refuses to cooperate or associate with Trandoshans unless someone he trusts can vouch for them.
-Drifter- Wookiees are a fairly tight species, placing more than some importance on family and clan, but Jowarr's is dead, leaving him feeling rather restless, unsure of his purpose.
APPEARANCE:
He's a Wookiee- towers over most humans, even those in heavy battle armor, and is covered with long brown fur, off-set by deep golden eyes, and complemented by a green hooded poncho along with several ammunition belts. A scar traces its way along his right arm, noticeable by a distinct lack of fur along its line. He often wears a fairly massive backpack- quite heavily laden with equipment and supplies. Especially after his association with the Alliance, he took to carrying equipment for his squad.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born initially under the Republic, Jowarr grew up in the midst of years of war, as various forces battle for the planet. Being a very young Wookiee, Jowarr never fought in the battles, but instead served as a guardian for the younger cubs, leading them into the forest away from the battle. During that time, he studied and picked up the skills of the wilderness and some medical skills. Nothing extensive, but enough to patch someone up. It was during the Mandalorian invasion that he got his scar, when a piece of shrapnel from a crashing ship seared his arm.
But afterwards, things were surprisingly in decent shape. It wasn't like the Sith invasion- with its sheer brutality and horrific consequences, especially as the Netherworld event struck not long after. So many disappeared, including most of Jowarr's family. He made things work, however, as a tinkerer and guide, before eventually deciding to leave Kashyyyk and see the galaxy on his own. Be an adventurer, see new places and new things. He wandered about for a time- doing some scouting, some exploring, some smuggling, dabbled in bounty hunting. You know, the like.
But time went on and the state of the galaxy seemed to grow more grim. He felt honor-bound to do something and enlisted with the Galactic Alliance Defense Force. He was assigned to the ground forces, eventually being assigned the Sixty-First Mobile Infantry, nicknamed Twilight Company after a unit in the Galactic Alliance. There he went through his initial assignments and missions exceptionally well, rising to the rank of Corporal.
