☽ Journal Entry: Between Dusk and Dawn ☾
Holodate: Archived. Timestamp fragmentary.

They told us the light always finds a way in.
But sometimes it fractures.

I don't know what broke first — the ceiling of the temple, or the part of me that believed it would hold.
Time doesn't flow anymore, it lingers… caught between night and day,
in a cracked box of glass where moments bleed into one another.
My soul — ageless, perhaps — is bound to a body that forgets how to endure.
Steel chains. Breathless silence. The weight of what should have been.

Reality and dream blur now.
The lines I used to walk with certainty are vanishing under the tremble of shadow and memory.
I used to think I could separate truth from vision.
But shadows dance long enough, and even your fears start speaking in your voice.

They said everything would be fine.
They lied.

I held to that lie until it splintered in my hands.
It left scars.
And I began to realize: it was never about light versus dark.
It was about clarity versus comfort.
And clarity… clarity is cruel.
It doesn't save you.
It unmasks you.

Good or evil — those borders don't hold when the sky is on fire
and the people you trust start disappearing.

Somewhere between what I saw and what I was told to see,
I stopped knowing which side I was on.

And maybe that's the only honest place to stand.

I wasn't made for absolutes.

And that's why I survived.
