APPEARANCE:
Wolfish describes the stature and appearance of this man. Keen, intelligent blue eyes carefully observe and prod for weaknesses while a sharp-boned and thin face make for a menacing and rather imposing visage. Smiling and most other expressions of strong emotions are unknown to the man, who is seemingly stoic and disturbingly calm in most instances - even situations of great turmoil and stress.
He stands at a little over your average human and sports a thin, athletic build granted to him by constant training in martial arts and hand-to-hand combat. Josef's posture is strong and he holds himself with an almost lofty arrogance.
BIOGRAPHY:
Hailing from a military family on Carida, Josef made his way into this galaxy with his story already plotted and decided for him upon birth. His parents, who happened to be quite successful business advisors, acquired the young Josef the best education money could possibly afford. A rather dull and dreary childhood followed suit along with the pampering of a future military officer.
His teenage and early adult years were no different. Josef Levik soon found himself entering military training and combatives training at an early age, attending preparatory schools and being tutored in politics and foreign policy to better prepare him for the Academy at Carida.
A young man now, Josef entered the Academy of Carida and earned exceptional marks - particularly in the academic and military fields. He had a knack for getting people to do things and doing them the right way, regardless if they were superior officers or subordinates. After four harsh years of schooling and rigorous training, he graduated with high enough marks to pick his career field as an officer.
He chose Military Intelligence.
And so went his long career in the Republic Defense Force, observing the Republic's foes and producing methods of protecting against them. His experiences in dealing with hostile groups and the One Sith Empire afforded him numerous insights into the political realm, something he became intrigued in ever since his academy days.
Once he retired, he ran for the Senate position on Carida and won it.
